About this property

The Catch ~ short walk to beach! Dog Friendly - Off Peak Special!

THE CATCH is renovated with family holidays in mind, this 3 bedroom holiday home accommodates up to 11 guests with only a short walk to the beach.

Open plan kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), dining, living area, TV with USB port, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

3 bedrooms all with fans (2 with ceiling fans and 1 with pedestal fan), main bathroom with shower, vanity and w/c, 2nd bathroom is at back of house under rear verandah, shower, vanity and separate w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine.

Games room with TV, table tennis table, small table and chairs, combustion heater (BYO wood). Large under cover rear deck with outdoor setting, gas flat top BBQ.

Fish cleaning facility, plenty of parking for cars and boats.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen plus bunk, bed 2 - 1 bunk plus 1 tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top), bed 3 - queen.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Stansbury is a small sea side town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.

No smoking inside

Dog friendly - $100 pet bond applies - secure fenced area - Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring dog - the $100 pet bond will be added manually by office staff when they process your booking.

Great family getaway

We were a family group of grandparents, parents, siblings and grandchildren on this holiday and it was amazing. Lots of room for us all to move and great spaces for us to dine outside. Wonderful location with a short walk to the shore and the town area.
