The "Summer Breeze" is ideal for indoor and outdoor relaxation. Indoors include kitchenette, dining room, t.v room, lounge, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. Kitchen is well equipped including fridge, freezer, walk in pantry, toaster, kettle, microwave, double sink, grill, oven and stove. Laundry facilities include washing machine, trough, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors include a BBQ area, rainwater tank, clothes line, large grass area and a shaded spacious decking with table and chairs. Outdoor Fish cleaning facilities.

The kitchen had a good selection of pots, crockery & utensils and the air fryer was a bonus. The lounge was very comfortable. It was not to far from the town centre and food from The Blue Lime Cafe was very good & reasonably priced. Unfortunately the back light was not strong enough to use the BBQ after dark and it was not under cover when it rained.

We had a great stay at Summer Breeze. The house was roomy and had everything we needed. Great location, walking distance into Stansbury and a great spot to explore the Yorkes from. Host communication was excellent. Only feedback would be that the oven was a bit temperamental in cooking things evenly, but who really wants to cook when you're on holiday!

Time machine accommodation!!

Hair on the bathroom shower floor, no soap to shower with, found cockroches under the trundle bed!! No water pressure!! Beds were like sleeping on a wooden plank!! Not impressed at all!! Infact i would like to be reimbursed for one night due to these issues!! I have pictures if you want them!!

Andrew, You have sent me numerous emails with threats and demanding money, the first email being 10 days after you left Stansbury. We do not provide personal hygiene products and water pressure is not in our control. The mattress is firm and enjoyed by everyone else and the house is very clean. There has been 13 guests staying at Summer Breeze since you with nothing but positive appreciation. It seems like you are unnecessarily harassing us for the purpose of gaining money only. This harassment must stop now.

Not good value for money

We have stayed at much better homes in Stansbury for the same price. This house had sticky kitchen floor, the front legs on the refrigerator were broken and the fridge and freezer both stayed open a gap and thawed all our food. Both toilets had no extractor fan and the toilet smell lingered in the bedroom. The BBQ was old, dirty and rusty. The bottle needs a new regulator as there was no pressure on the jets and the plate did not get hot.

Always enjoy our stay here

This was the second time we’ve stayed at Summer Breeze. It is comfortable and has all of the basic necessities you need. We love coming to Stansbury to go fishing and crabbing. The only thing we’d like to mention was that there was no working outdoor light on the decking out the back. Thanks for your hospitality, we will be back!

Summer Breeze was a lovely spacious property in a quiet area but close to what we needed. The property was very well appointed and had everything we could think of and more. The booking and check in was smooth and the communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again!
