The space
This 1-bedroom, 1-bath. 1 bathroom , and 1/2 bathroom home offers a cozy stay, complete with a brand new queen size bed and a Smart TV with super fast Internet to stream Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

Unwind after a day in sunny San Diego by cooling off with the AC or enjoying your own private backyard, where you dogs can run. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of 2 private back parking spaces and a keyless entry locks on both the front and back doors.

Just like home, the kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, and even paper goods and cleaning supplies. And to make life even easier, the unit includes a washer and dryer.

The duplex is perfect for 1 person or a couple. Due to the high end sofa sleeper, 2 more can sleep in comfort in the living room.

The bathroom and half bathroom are accessible from both the bedroom and the kitchen, so anyone sleeping on the sofa-sleeper has access to it.

While there is space for 3-4 to sleep comfortably, it is not a large unit.

Disneyland for Dogs!

I see why they call it quaint. The bedsheet has pokadots. I thought that was funny. Not what a man is normally drawn to, but my wife liked it:) Just kidding. The unit was really nice. Very well lit, all the amenities one could want, and our dog loved all the rood she had to play around in, both inside and out. My wife and I really appreciated the fully setup (and equipped) kitchen. If we get sent back to San Diego, we be happy to come back to this house, or the house next door! Centrally locational, dog-friendly, human friendly!

My pooch and I had a wonderful stay. I like how they did the kitchen with antique looking appliances (which are actually brand new). Having it all stocked with everything from a blender to oil and even Starbucks coffee is great. My dog had the time of her life. The backyard is perfect (and large). the fenced in front yard was also nice, but too small for a dog that needs big space to play. I like that we could go on long walks to the market and the local Starbucks even let her in! Few places I have stay-in have two private parking spaces, which I like since I like to have friends over. 5 out of 5 in my book. I have stayed at properties all over the US and Hawaii, so I know a good one when I stay there!

Perfect for traveling nurses with dogs

My fellow traveling nurse and I loved the place. The kitchen is small but has it all. The backyard for my dog is huge and they are even building a dog house. Easy freeway access to UCSD La Jolla. Sometimes we had some traffic on the way back, but San Diego traffic is a joke compared to Atlanta. You can tell a lot was put into the amenities and interior design.
