Sleeping up to 15 guests, Marshmellow offers generous living spaces, two separate living areas, and four outdoor porches overlooking the marsh and Ocean Creek Golf Course.

The quiet marshfront location in the Davis Love section of Ocean Creek offers a peaceful and relaxing setting away from traffic and crowds, making it ideal for families looking to truly unwind together.

However, if you are seeking access to exclusive Fripp Island Resort amenities such as golf courses, swimming pools, and club restaurants, please note that these are available only to Resort Amenity Card Holders.
2026 Amenity Card Fee Rates:
Prime Season: $55 (7-day) or $39 (3 night/4-day)
Off-season $39 (7-day) or $28 (3 night/4-day)

For weekly reservation patrons, we are happy to include two complimentary 7-day amenity cards as a token of appreciation. Kindly note that all fees associated with the resort and amenity cards are forwarded to the Fripp Island Resort and do not add to the homeowners` profits.

You can pay resort fees and amenity cards for your initial home booking by credit card (a 3.2% service fee applies) or by Zelle or check (no service fee). Please make these payments in a separate transaction.

Booking Policy
Marshmellow is designed for family vacations and multi-generational gatherings. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the home.

- We are a NON-PET rental. Please don`t book our house if you intend to bring a pet.
- Minimum age requirement of 25 years or older to rent the property.
- $340 cleaning and linen fee.
- Guests must sign a contract with the drivers` names who will need passes to get onto the island and who will be coming with your group before their stay.

-Small gatherings, weddings, and reunions are only allowed with prior written approval of the owner and the addition of a paid damage insurance policy by Waivo.

- We are a NON-PET rental. Please don`t book our house if you intend to bring a pet. There is a $1000 penalty fee that is enforced.

- Minimum age requirement of 26 years or older to rent the property.
