The Space:
The Gully (Steps) beach is a 300m walk. Aireys lighthouse is a 1km walk. All of this without crossing the Great Ocean Road. Ground floor hosts all three bedrooms all of which include ceiling fans and panel heaters, with the main bedroom equipped with a renovated ensuite, as well as new main bathroom also downstairs that is sure to impress. Upstairs is you'll find the open plan airconditioned kitchen/dining/meals area with two stunning outdoor entertaining areas one facing West and the other East, allowing you to follow the sun all day long. Access to either deck is via double stacker sliding doors allowing you to bring the outside in on those glorious Surf Coast days.
++The backyard will not be landscaped in time for the Dec 2024/Jan 2025 period.
****Linen is not supplied, there are doonas and pillows, all other linen is BYO including towels, bed sheets etc. Linen can be hired via the agency if you wish.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
