Cosy, charming beach house in gorgeous Aireys Inlet, just off the Great Ocean Rd

Welcome to Sunnyside, a cosy, charming beach house in gorgeous, peaceful Aireys Inlet, nestled just off the Great Ocean Road (ocean side) with beautiful Sunnymead Beach and the Cliff Top Walk at the end of the street.

Amenities include:
- Three spacious bedrooms, quality linen supplied, all bedrooms have built in robes.
- Master bedroom has a queen size bed and direct outdoor access to a covered deck. Middle bedroom has a double bed and the bunk room has 2 single beds (upper and lower bunks) and a standalone king single bed,
- Light drenched open plan living area with indoor wood heater, piano, books, activities and board games for all ages
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, air fryer, stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc.
- User friendly bathroom with separate bath, shower, toilet and vanity
- Large laundry with clothes washer and dryer, iron, all towels supplied including beach towels
- Private deck with hammock chairs, large back yard with beautiful trees, outdoor fire pit, Web and Warehouse trampoline (available subject to liability waiver) and ample room to park on site.
- Walk to the beach, the pub, cafes, restaurants, the lighthouse and all the other highlights that mighty, magnificent little Aireys has to offer.
- Pets are welcome subject to prior arrangement and consultation (service animals are always welcome). The property is fully fenced, and dog friendly Sunnymead beach is right at the end of our street.

Great mid week break

Return visit with the dog, love the short walk to Sunnymeade and the cliff top walk or alternative short walk through nature reserve to the shops, pub etc. house very well appointed. We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful house and location. Nice and quiet area. Short walk to the cliff tops and the beach. Even had a pair of King Parrots come to eat out of my hand.

Overnight but memorable

Easy to quickly relax in invitingl well set up house set in natural bush setting. Enjoyed the side entance to deck from main bedroom (lovely linen)and the morning sun from the deck. Enjoyed lovely Sunnymead beach walk close by.

Lovely beach house

We had a lovely time, enjoyed the house and outdoor fire pit. Lots of king parrots came to visit, so gorgeous! Great location. Would have liked bedside lamps and the door was difficult to unlock, could potentially be a hazard.
