The Space:

Step into a world of comfort in this remarkable villa at Seascape Resort. The ground floor offers two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds, premium linens, and ample storage space for your convenience, including large closets and dressers. Two beautifully updated bathrooms are also located on this level, one bathroom featuring a walk-in tub/shower, ideal for relaxation, and the Master Bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in tile shower, both equipped with stunning vanity sinks and high-end fixtures. The upper level unveils an open-concept living room, complete with a large-screen TV, perfect for entertainment after a long day at the beach, a cozy gas fireplace, creating a warm ambiance, and a private balcony with comfortable patio seating, all providing amazing ocean views- soak in the beauty of the surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, bar seating, and a dining table enhances the space, making meal preparation and dining a pleasure. The upper level also includes a den with a pull-out sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space, and a half bath for added convenience. This villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, offering everything needed for an unforgettable vacation experience, including high-speed internet access and air conditioning throughout. Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire villa, including two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance. As a guest, you'll also have access to the resort amenities, including a pool and jacuzzi, walking paths, and overlook benches. Pool and beach towels are provided. Please note that the gym requires an additional on-site fee. Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff-operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages, south bluff and main lobby pools are not available to private renters. Open fires on the sand are permitted (it is one of the few beaches in California this is still allowed) supplies are available across the street.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of the Seascape Beach Resort, this villa offers stunning views of Monterey Bay and direct access to the beach via a scenic walking path. Across the street, you'll discover Seascape Village, a charming hub with restaurants, cafes, and shops, all within easy walking distance. For those seeking adventure, the PGA-rated Seascape Golf Course is just a 5-minute drive away. A short 10-minute drive or approximately 3 miles will take you to the delightful village of Aptos, where you can explore local shops, enjoy wine tasting, and immerse yourself in the welcoming atmosphere. Don't miss the opportunity to hike in the magical Forest of Nisene Marks State Park or simply relax and enjoy the resort's amenities, including pools, spas, and dining options, ensuring a memorable stay.



Getting Around:

Convenient free parking is available directly outside the villa and throughout the resort. Getting around is easy: you can walk to all on-site amenities via well-maintained paths, or drive if you prefer. For beach access, take the walking path located next to the main lodge, which leads directly to the ocean. Please note that the return trip involves walking uphill. The Seascape Village is within walking distance, right across from the resort. The charming town of Aptos is a short 10-minute drive (approximately three miles), and Capitola Village is just a 15-minute drive (about eight miles) away.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay, please note the following: Daily housekeeping is not included; however, the property is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. We provide complimentary amenities such as hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, washcloths, paper towels, toilet paper, 3-in-1 shower wash. A cleaning kit is available under the kitchen sink for minor cleanups during your stay (please do not use the premier towels or linens). Guests can enjoy on-site amenities, including Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Access to the north bluff pool and hot tub is available using your guest code; pool and beach towels are provided in the unit. Full gym access requires an additional fee, payable on-site. Private renters do not have access to concierge services, front desk services, towel service, staff driven golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rental, or $75 smores packages. For your safety, Seascape has video cameras in public areas. Due to the coastal climate, properties in Santa Cruz County generally do not have air conditioning.
