This Gorgeous Private Villa accommodates up to 8 people. It offers an infinity pool with a stunning sea-view, spacious outdoor living space with pool loungers dining table and a barbecue. Free High Speed Wi-Fi Internet Connection, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen SmartTV, living room with large sofa, dining area with table. A washing area is also available free to use with washer and drying machines. All bedrooms have a private en-suite bathroom, towels, toiletries and bed linen. Free of charges we also offer housekeeping (it varies according to the number of stayed nights, but in average 2x per week) and airport pick-up. Also available to free use: baby cot, high chair, a charcoal barbecue, ironing board, iron, all outdoor furniture, and all kitchenware.

• KITCHEN – Fully equipped with big fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, utensils.
• LIVING ROOM – Large sofa, ocean and pool view, large flat screen HD TV.
• LAUNDRY ROOM - Washing machine and dryer (free to use), Iron and ironing board, storage space for suitcases.

WHICH AREAS GUESTS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO?
Guests will have access to the entire villa, without any restriction: swimming pool, pool area with sun beds, living room with sofa and tv, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all bedrooms, all en-suite bathrooms, balcony, private garage, clothes washing area.

OTHER THINGS YOU WILL BE HAPPY TO KNOW IN ADVANCE:
We have an on-site Villa Manager ready to assist guest from 9am to 5pm. Villa manager will assist you to order food and book activities such as Taxi service with private drivers; Excursions, Car and Scooter Rental; In-Villa Thai Chef (very popular! fee + ingredients - need 24hrs advance notice); In-Villa Massages; In Villa - Nanny Services; Island hoping, sunset cruises and so on. Ask for details upon check-in.
We can arrange a fully stocked bar and fridge! Just let us know 48h in advance what you wish to have and it will be in your villa when you arrive. You can pay the service, and the ingredients, upon check-in.
We are happy to provide you with baby cot and a high chair when needed, free of cost.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
As ALL OTHER VILLAS DO IN SAMUI, we request a security deposit upon check-in: 10,000 Thai Baht to be given upon check-in. It will be fully returned to you upon check-out after a check-out villa inspection. We also accept the equivalent in any major currency (USD, EUR, GPB, CYN, AUD, RUB).

ELECTRICITY AND WATER
****While most villas on Samui charge extra for electricity WE DON'T: Unlimited Electricity usage with no additional charges****
Electricity and Water are included and you won't pay anything extra on check-out. However, for long term stays (over 28 nights) electricity is not included and charged at THB 7.5/Kwh.

WE ADVISE: if you are researching on Airbnb and thinking of staying in a different Villa in Samui, make sure to ask the Host whether the electricity is included or you have to pay extra on check-out.
