**Newly REMODELED in FEB 2024.**
Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Just cross the few parking spaces and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes!

Friendly Native 604 is a beachside, second floor, 2 bedroom condo on the Gulf of Mexico - sunsets are included! The fully stocked kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book. Check out Upham Beach, where the Friendly Native walks out to, just over the boardwalks. It has amazing sunsets and a snack shack with picnic tables.

Beach is located across the a few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes/ boardwalk: 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
This is Condo # 604 in the 600 building, on the second floor:
Buildings 100-400 are around the pool, buildings 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This condo is in building 600.

Condo Details:
Second Floor, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath. No elevator.
1 King Bed in Master, 2 twins in 2nd bedroom (1 twin trundle bed with a pull out twin below = 2 twin beds) and 1 pull out sofa in Living Room. Sleeps 6.
Central heat and air.
Electronic door code for late check-ins and easy entry/exit. No keys to carry!
Wi-fi & basic cable included.
Bed linens & bath towels are included.
Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals.
Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals
Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. We can provide a list of local companies that rent beach items for your stay.
There is a charcoal BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.
A close walk to many beach restaurants and beach bars with nightly entertainment.
Shopping is close by on Corey Ave and Gulf Blvd.
Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 electronic parking permit is included, if needed!
Sorry, no pets/animals allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced.
Coffee machine & a toaster are included in condo.
Hairdryer & iron are also included.
Walk to great restaurants, beach bars, shops, or enjoy the sunsets on the beach.

LOCATION IS AMAZING!

Our family of 4 stayed at this well appointed condo while visiting college with our son. The location of the condo was wonderful (about a 30 second walk to the beach), and the pool was clean and uncrowded. Parking was never a problem, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

Good area

Condo is in a good area close by to many restaurants and things to do. Beach and pool were not very enjoyable as the water was SO hot, not even refreshing. Not the condos fault, just mother nature. Only downside was half of our family had to go home due to the place not being handicap accessible with no elevator. That was a big bummer. We had to pay 75 for an extra parking permit due to this, when the vehicle that had the free permit, didn't even stay.

Great location

We had a great time at St Pete. Very convenient location. Everything you need around. I was please to find beach umbrella, a folding chair, noodles a skimboard and a thermo bag that we used every day at the beach for cold drinks and subs . I can't wait to come back.

Beach vibes

Location to beach can’t be beat. Updated furnishings and decor. Living room was very comfortable. King bed was well appointed and comfy as well. Second bedroom best for younger kids or girls but our teen boys did well- especially with open and large living space.

Short walk

The location can’t be beat, short walk to the beach and to several restaurants/ shops. Easy on/ off the main drag to get into St. Petersburg itself (in town for a swim meet, but wanted easy beach access). Condo itself was more than adequate, starting show its age in places, but it was clean, well stocked and roomy enough for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice little place to stay.

It worked out great for our vacation. Due to the small stove we decided to eat out and not cook for the week. There are some upgrades. Would be nice to have a broom in the condo to sweep the floor periodically.

An ideal place in an idea location

The place was perfect for our needs. My sister-in-law and I went to Florida to spread my late husbands ashes and then spend time together relaxing and reflecting. Needless to say it was an emotional week and this condo was perfect. Also the owner was highly accommodating and friendly any time I reached out. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

St. Pete’s Beach vacation

This property was in a great location. Close to beach, restaurants, bars, etc. Property Manager was very quick to respond to questions. Pool area was nice too. Nothing was ever too crowded unlike our day trip to Clearwater beach. Was glad we chose St. Pete’s Beach area. Condo was tidy but in need of a deep clean and a bit of updating would go a long way. Overall was happy with stay.

Great location

We really loved being so close to the beach! Our kids (6&8yearsold) loved the pool. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it was nice to have the option to make a pizza or have a bowl of cereal instead of going out. Ricks Reef was probably our favorite spot for dinner. The only thing I would mention is that the updated shower was a little annoying as the glass door isn’t ideal, the water from the shower sprays onto the floor , can’t change the aim of the shower head. The place is beautiful and plenty of room. Thank you

Last minute emergency

We had a last minute problem. One person in our party hurt her knee and we needed a ground floor unit. Roger was great in his response and was able to help us out. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the pool. Our unit wasn't the cleanest but the space was nice and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.
