About this property
Perfect for couple/small family
Situated on the main street going down from the city center, the house is hiding a new cute Studio on the 2d floor. Nice view on the hills around river Mirna and surrounding vineyards.
The Studio has one bedroom with in-suit bathroom, and a large closet. The bed is 160 x 200. Living room, which conveniently can be transformed into a bedroom (there is one sofa that can be used as a bed) is equipped with large TV providing wide number of channels in different languages. The view over the window is exceptional.
The small kitchen block within the Living room contains fridge, cooker, hood and sink. You will find all essentials, like olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar.
The space is tastefully arranged and equipped to satisfy your needs.

Fully and nicely restored, FENIX house from XVIII century, is located in the historic part of Motovun, between the two Gothic city gates. It offers cozy accommodation with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV programs.
