Casa Zenn : Beautiful Hill-top Villa
Stunning open-plan hill-top villa w/ two ensuite bedrooms, large outdoor terrace, private pool & hammock/bbq rancho. Surrounded by nature, gorgeous ocean & countryside views and sunsets. We have decided to rent out our home so we can indulge our passion for travel. Perfectly positioned 1 mile from the ocean & a short drive from the incredible beaches of Pilon & Zancudo. Only 20 minutes from the famous Pavones surf.
We have no nearby neighbours, the space is entirely private so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of our beautiful property. Monkeys, sloths, toucans, parrots and hummingbirds are frequent visitors to the mature trees and flowers that surround the lush garden. Plenty of space, comfortable seating inside and outside Casa Zenn and a fully equipped kitchen (stove/ blender, fridge/freezer, microwave, french press coffee etc.. Large living room with library & games (inc. Darts, Ping-Pong, Chess, Boardgames etc...). Separate indoor dining room to compliment the large terrace setup for dining, swinging in a hammock or monkey-watching. Private off-road parking at property.

After feeling like the time was right to leave London city life behind and travel the world we fell in love with Costa Rica and decided to try and create our own slice of paradise in the land of Pura Vida. We have decided to rent out our beautiful home so we can indulge our passion for travel and are delighted to welcome you to CasaZenn.
Why they chose this property
We are off the beaten track so have a national park worthy range of stunning wildlife throughout our property and a range of fun activities from our doorstep. Enjoy birdwatching from the terrace (look out for Toucans, Aracari, Scarlet Macaws, Mot-Mots, Hawks, Parrots, Hummingbirds and many more)
White-face (Capuchin) and Squirrel Monkeys often fly through the mature trees around our garden so relax and enjoy the show
We are lucky enough to have two Sloth pairs sharing out property, ask Tomás or Hollie where they normally hang-out munching their favourite Cecropia leaves.
When you’re ready to step out and explore the area, we are located within a short drive of stunning beaches, popular restaurants and a host of local activities. We work with experienced, English/Spanish-speaking boat captains offering snorkelling, dolphin/whale spotting and sports fishing with incredible local knowledge. We can also arrange kayak trips through the mangroves to the ocean, horse-back riding through the local countryside & beaches, jungle walks and paddle-board rental to save you the hassle. If you just want to sit back and enjoy the private pool and the varied wildlife, colourful birds, monkeys or look for sloths then the Casa Zenn gardens are your private nature watching area. We have yoga and exercise equipment here in Casa Zenn as well as games and books. We also know a great masseuse who will come to the villa to help ease any aches and pains.

What makes this property unique
The listing comes with our three lovely rescue cats. They are primarily house cats but love to play in the garden. They sleep a lot as do all cats and like to be in at night and fed twice a day to suit your schedule. Friendly but not overly affectionate. They'll keep you company and keep snakes away!
