Enjoy a unique and secluded vacation experience in the heart of Islamorada at Shady Palms! Our charming cottage home features two private bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious living area to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably.

There are many sights to see and activities to enjoy nearby. Within just a mile from our cottage is Islamorada's top-rated attraction, Robbie's Marina, where you can embark on a variety of adventurous activities, including snorkeling, fishing, parasailing, or sunset charters, as well as guided tours by kayak or paddleboard through the mangrove channels encompassing the island's coasts. During your time on the water, you may encounter fascinating marine species, such as manatees, Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, and sea turtles. From the shore at Robbie's Marina, try hand-feeding the massive tarpon and friendly nurse shark species commonly found in our warm, tropical waters.

There's something to please every family member here in the Florida Keys, such as swimming with dolphins and sea lions at Theater of the Sea or learning more about the island's culture and history at the History of Diving Museum. The living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. We woke up hurting every morning. The mattress was terrible. The Wi-Fi was in and out. There were no closets in the entire place, including the bedrooms. There were several hooks on the wall to handles on.There were only two hooks in the bathroom. They were the only place to put wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels.

Great Little Place!

We stayed here with our son. Its not huge but a very nice updated home that makes great use of the space available. The pool area is very nice. The neighborhood is great for walks and there is a great walking path next to the highway that you can go a long ways on. We highly recommend a stay here!

Great little cottage for a boys trip

Rented this with my two long-time friends to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Good location and access to founders park was a nice bonus. No walkable access to the ocean, not a complaint, just something to understand. Hanging Robbie’s and the brewery right down the street was very nice.

Shady palms paradise

This was a great last minute getaway. I asked several questions before we arrived and they were answered quickly. Property was as described, clean, well stocked and close to lots of activities and eateries. Check in was simple, we were sent an email before arrival with all pertinent info. Lovely place, great neighborhood hope to be back.
