Built in 1967, Casa de Gallegos exudes warmth and character with its original hardwood floors in the main areas and laminate flooring in the kitchen and den. The three-bedroom layout includes two queen-sized beds and a full-size bed, all outfitted with quality cotton linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Relax in the welcoming living room, furnished with a leather couch and two side chairs, or unwind in the den, featuring a cozy couch and two recliners—perfect for watching satellite TV on Dish Network. The fully stocked kitchen boasts a ceramic four-burner cooktop, separate oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, along with ample cookware, dishes, and glassware for home-cooked meals. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels on top of the washer and leave used linen on beds for our housekeeping to remove and launder.
Please do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink area, start the dishwasher and our housekeeping staff will put them away.
In winter, turn heat down to 50 degrees, and in the summer turn the air up to 80 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours: 10PM to 7AM House parties are not permitted and will not be tolerated. NO pets allowed

Both my husband and I were born and raised here in New Mexico. We are in our mid 80's with 2 married children. We have 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. We love to travel and have been blessed to see many beautiful parts of the world. There is still no place lovelier than Santa Fe and we hope to share our love of Santa Fe and its surrounding area with our guests.

Why they chose this property

This home was formerly owned by our son-in-law's parents. The home was built in 1967 in the Los Cedros subdivision in the southwest part of Santa Fe. The home was lovingly cared for and the area is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is wonderful place for a small family to enjoy while they are visiting and exploring Santa Fe and the surrounding area. It would be a great place for long-term vacationers as well.

What makes this property unique

Easy access to downtown Santa Fe, Museum Hill, St. John's College, Santa Fe University of Art & Design. Shopping, grocery stores and locally owned and chain restaurants not found in the downtown area are nearby. Close to the Genoveva Chavez Community Center. There are two city parks nearby both within walking distance. Interstate 25 and US 84/285 are minutes away.
