This ski-in, ski-out, corner third floor retreat offers a family room with wood burning fireplace, a full kitchen, dual master suites, twin-over-full bunk bed in the third bedroom, washer/dryer, access to a ski locker with boot heater and garage parking for one vehicle. Guests will appreciate Highlands Tennis Courts and Meadows Townhomes views from the covered, furnished deck as well as the convenience of being able to ski in/out to the Highlands Chairlift, or take the beginner-level Highlands Skiway to Beaver Creek Resort and the Centennial Express Chairlift and Buckaroo Express; an outdoor pool and hot tubs are also available.

Great location, unit needs updating

Location is great for skiing Beaver Creek and proximity to ski school, with a boot and ski room just off the slope. Also has outdoor pool and hot tubs and one garage spot in the building which was convenient. Nice view of the mountain and a short walk to the village (well-maintained sidewalks in February). While common areas appeared to be updated, unit 304 is dated and needs maintenance, including a broken closet door, stained carpets, blinds that do not shut (not a problem until the trail outside the window is groomed in the middle of the night with very bright lights!), broken pans, items in closets, including so much stacked in the coat closet that it could not be used, etc. - all small things but in aggregate not what we expected for the amount that we paid.
