• Beautiful Master Suite with a king-sized bed and sitting area offers a private bathroom and direct access to the main terrace.
• Spacious Guest Suite with a king-sized bed where you can request an additional double bed if required.
• A lovely third room has a queen-sized bed.
All bedrooms have air conditioning units and total black-out shutters.

BATHROOMS
Two beautiful bathrooms await you with cozy bath towels and the required amenities:

Magnificent beaches await you just a short drive away. #VillaUBA is situated close to the point of the island so you can choose to enjoy a day on the calm waters on the lagoon side and enjoy a picnic under the mangroves along the beach, or opt for some waves and surfing on the other side. #VillaUBA offers you everything you’ll need to make the most of your beach visits:

- Masks, snorkels and fins to explore the crystal-clear waters around St. François
- Picnic necessities for your excursions to any of the island’s attractions:

GARAGE and PRIVATE PARKING
If you are travelling to Guadeloupe on a golfing or cycling trip, an indoor garage is available onsite to store your bikes and golf equipment. For those unfortunate flat tires on your bicycle, a tool kit and a repair stand are available. If you need them, three bicycle racks for the car are available. #VillaUBA has thought of everything for your trip!
Two outdoor parking spaces are available on the front of the property, and up to four extra spaces are available just outside the main gate.
