About this property

My home in Buenos Aires | 1937 sqft | 2 bdr | n/STelmo

Partially covered terrace. Old building with lots of character and a very safe neighborhood.
All rooms face the street and have an incredible natural lighting. Unique space for the size, the ambientation, amenities and comfort. Today we have enabled for 4 people but can comfortably accommodate twice.
Entering my apartment will offer comfort and rest. You will enjoy a beautiful city living in a quiet and modern place, with all the services included.
Now is not ready to kids between 2 to 10, because the balconies have not special safety measures to little kids. The decoration on the walls and furniture are dedicate.
On this case the parents accept that conditions and they are responsible for the safety
