San Carlos 1207 was decorated and designed as a tranquil chic refuge. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. The owners made certain, the bedrooms were made for comfort with simply the best pillow top mattresses and stylish furnishings. The beautifully equipped gourmet kitchen will assist the cook of the house in preparing meals for their loved ones. The floor to ceiling windows offers an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the primary bath taking advantage of the wet bar and staying connected with the free WIFI and full size washer/dryer. Everything about the 142 unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool. This 12th floor 1407 sq. ft. condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset.

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings between the dates of March 24 through mid-April. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property, and workers may be present outside of unit balconies. You may close your drapes if added privacy is desired while workers are present. As a result of the swing stages, the outdoor pool will be closed during this time period.

Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted

Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

Free Public WiFi in all condos public areas and even as far as the beach!

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Hangout Fest

This property was the perfect location for Hangout Fest. We were there with a group of our Senior girls and it was close enough for them to walk back and forth without us parents worrying about them. We also could see the concert stages from our balcony and even hear some of the music. The condo was well kept and clean and we would definitely book again!

Staying at San Carlos 1207 was a great experience with spectacular views! The condos location was excellent with multiple attractions within walking distance. Kitchen was well stocked and has the basic vacation essentials for cooking when you don’t feel like going out. Check in was easy, staff was friendly, and amenities were as described on the property! Only minor complaints I have were: no remote for cable box in the master bedroom, master bathroom shower door was very difficult to close, lint on the ceilings near vents, and the units main door wouldn’t latch unless you pulled/pushed fairly hard on it. Overall I will definitely return to this unit and recommend to anyone!

San Carlos 1207

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! We had a great view of the gulf. Easy access to pool and beach. Very roomy! My only negative was that they allowed guests that did not purchase the chairs and umbrellas set up in front of the paying customers. I’ve never stayed at a condo that allowed that before.
