Peaceful, Quiet Country Guesthouse with Hot Tub

Nestled along a row of pine trees, this unique modern farmhouse with wood accents throughout makes this home stand out among the rest. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8 ( 10 with a sofa couch in the basement ) and is the perfect choice for a memorable getaway. After a fun filled day of shopping or adventuring you can enjoy drinking coffee, tea or wine while soaking in the hot tub on the back porch under the stars. You can also watch the horses graze in the nearby pasture. This property is located out in the country but within 10-20 minutes of Amish style restaurants and shopping. Also close by are golf courses and wineries. Within 1/2 mile of the guesthouse is Dundee falls and rocks where you can do some hiking. Or enjoy throwing some hoops on the basketball court on the property or play ping pond in the basement . We are right next door at if you would need anything!

We loved our little vacation in this house! Everything is beautifully decorated, impeccably organized, and the owner also has amazingly detailed notes around the house! The house was well stocked with extra blankets and bedding! And the hot tub was so nice and relaxing! I can’t say enough good things about this house!! Oh and the owner was quick to respond!

Great weekend getaway with the family!

Property was clean and inviting, and check-in was as easy as could be! Perfect location to visit Berlin and Sugarcreek while still being relatively away from it all. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed for a cousin Spring Break trip. Three adults and 5 kids between 10 and 14. Property was perfect choice. Kids loved the hot tub, table tennis and games. Kitchen easy to navigate. Excellent communication from host.

Perfect place for our getaway!

From the time I booked the property all the way up to departure, it was a GREAT experience! The house was perfect for our guests and had all the accommodations to make our stay extra cozy! Friends Getaway

A wonderful home! Inviting and comfortable. We cooked at home except for Saturday lunch out exploring the area. Open plan kitchen+dining room made that easy. We brought card games with us for night’s entertainment. Quiet area to stay but very busy region - Amish region for cheese, bakeries, leather, gifts. Highly recommend this home!!!

We enjoyed our extended stay in this peaceful home. Kids and teens especially loved seeing the horses from the backyard, hot tub and ping pong. The house was well stocked and communication with the host was excellent.

we love Shiela's place, so comfy and decorated adorable. the addition of the fire pit and hot tub since our last stay was nice. we have a small group of adult friends/family that go to celebrate the holidays the week after christmas.we will be back again. area is great and property is amazing. Family weekend

Our entire group of ladies were impressed by the decor and style of the home. Everything was tidy & there were so many things available to us to utilize. Everything was so beautiful and we could see a horse roam in the distance from the patio. The beds were comfortable and the house was lovely.

This is such a peaceful property. From sitting on the back deck, soaking in the hot tub and watching the horses graze in the pasture nearby or sitting on the front porch or from the living room you can see a beautiful sunset as it goes down over the hill.
