Gulf Village 416, located at 1027 West Beach Boulevard, is a large three bedroom, two bathroom , master walk in shower, this unit is calling your family’s name! Come stay in this beautiful beach front condo and celebrate your vacation in style. With a king bed in the master suite, a queen size bed in one guest room, two twin beds in the other guest suite, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit is able to accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. Two flat screen TVs, two blue ray DVD players, a CD player stern system and WiFi are sure to keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay! This unique unit features access to the balcony from every bedroom!


Gulf Village is a classic beach front property with true gulf vacation style! There is a beach side outdoor pool as well as an outdoor pool across the street from the beach. Guests have access to a fishing pier located on the Lagoon. There is covered parking and an elevator for ease of access within the building. There is one BBQ grill on this property. This location features prime access to all of the best dining, shopping and recreation that Gulf Shores has to offer!

We stayed in 417 back in 2019. We came back because of the ease of access & location. We did visit the Gulf village pier on the bay and was surprised to find a nice fishing spot. Condo 416 has amazing views from every room and was comfortable fpr 5 adults. We will retirn.

There are no fancy bells/whistles, but it has everything we need! The pool is great and the location on the beach is fabulous. Can't beat the view (from every room) in this 3 BR unit!

It does need updating and the two guest rooms do not have cable tv so unless you bring cords and a gaming system, dvd or computer your out of luck. Overall my family and I are extremely happy with choosing this unit.

The screens and closet doors did work well. They stuck a lot and were very hard to open.

Nice condo but some improvements needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabinets in the kitchen need to be worked on. Some doors wouldn't close all of the way. The trash can in the kitchen was really dirty with black all in the bottom of it. The kitchen table needs to be cleaned. The gap between the glass and the trim of the table has food, sand, etc. in it. The location was great and the condo had a lot of space in it. There was also only one of the three bedrooms that had a tv with cable. I think it would have been nicer if all of the rooms would have had tv available for the guests.

Reviewer Comments: We weren’t able to check in till a little after 5pm and we arrived in town about 2 pm waited till 4pm to arrive at benders just to find out unit was still not ready had to wait with kids in the parking lot . Beds in unit were very uncomfortable. During peak season should have more cleaning. staff. Pool needed more care. Left message at Benders which never got returned. We visit yearly but a little disappointed this year with a few things. Would recommend if they do some updates

The condos were great with the most beautiful and unobstructed views of the ocean, perfect for mornings on the balcony. It was literally just a few yards from the building to where we put up our tent right on the beach.So convenient for the grandkids who were constantly running in and out to grab snacks or beach toys. And the building is only four floors so it was easy taking the stairs if you didn’t want to wait for the elevator. The grandkids also loved the pool. The condo themselves were very roomy with three bedrooms and two baths and a large dining and living room area. Everything we needed in the kitchen for making all of our meals including huge pasta pots for spaghetti night and shrimp boil night. The condos were clean and well-maintained and located in walking distance to a convenience mart and very short drives to restaurants and surf shops. We would recommend to any families looking for a condo right on the beach

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have vacationed at gulf shores for 27 years ... past 6 or 7 years was at gulf village ... past 3 years was gulf village unit 417 ... the unit is in desperate need of new kind mattress and couch ... the rugs were filthy, toilet seat not screwed down on 1 side, floors were dirty (I took my swiffer mop, pad was black!!) Curtains are in need of replacing as well ... by no means am I reflecting on Bender Realty, the ladies there are outstanding!!! Owners of the units need to replace wore out furnishings... ridiculous that 1 would pay close to 4k and have to sleep on a air mattress!!!

Just ok

Condo itself was fine, aside from the 2 cockroaches I had to pick up. I think the building had just sprayed though because they were dead. Furniture could use some updating but everything was done very nicely. The building though… not what we had expected. Pictures must’ve been taken before the hurricane damage. There was construction going on around the pool, there were rusty nails in the sand next to the building , the elevator didn’t work half of the time, and the pool had some black plastic around the fence that had come loose and just looked awful. I give the condo itself a 7/10 and the building like a 3/10.

Plenty of space and privacy when needed. Loved the balcony view and general location. Never had any problems with the elevators which we had seen in some older reviews. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware / bakeware. My only complaint, and this is a minor one, is that the Wifi was very spotty.
