Lovely beachside condo for six

Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

Beautiful and right in the beach and great location. I really enjoyed the front porch area of the condo! Cleverly designed building!!!! Everything was easy and short distance to car and beach!

This gulf front condo provided views for stunning sunrises and sunsets. The deck allowed for beautiful gulf views and sounds of the waves. We would definitely stay in this wonderful c9ndo again.

We were surprised to find sand toys and chairs to use. We added to this community sharing box by adding more toys, a kite and some floaties. It is so beautifully decorated. The updated bathrooms are great for my husband who is handicapped. Great room and wonderful vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall condo is very nice. All the ladies at bender are very nice and helpful. The only complaint is that the condo was dirty when we arrived. It was already cleaned, and we saw quite a bit of food on floor. The bathroom was not very clean. There was hair in bathroom, dirt on kitchen cabinets, and food on floor. We have stayed in the room 4 years in a row, and like it very much. We are not happy that we have paid bender $250 each year for cleaning and every year had to call them back for cleaning when we get there. They always send someone bank out, however it has never been as clean as other places we stay. Other then the price to clean, and not being clean, we enjoy this place.

While we are always happy to send someone over to correct missed items, failure to meet minimum housekeeping standards is unacceptable. The housekeeping cost is $120, but you should be able to expect better service for that price, and we apologize for your inconvenience. We welcome the opportunity to assist you in booking a future vacation on the Gulf Coast!

Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful and we return every year and stay in this unit because it is so well maintained. The owners take great pride in their unit and keep it updated and cared for. We love it!! The only complaint we had this year was the other renters and their lack of respect for others. They were loud and messy and some even stole others property. We have been coming for years and never have we left a boogie board by the gate of the pool while going to have lunch to come back and have another guest have taken it. Many of the guests left trash laying around at the pool and even on the balconies for days and didn’t bother to clean up after themselves. The elevator was down for over a week which was inconvenient, but the rental company did reimburse us for some of the time. They worked diligently to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Overall still our favorite place by far!

Reviewer Comments: We've been going to Sandpiper for more years than I can remember and always have a great time. 6C has become our favorite condo on the property. It's well stocked with everything we need. The kitchen update done this year is great. Only bad thing about it is the oven takes 20-30 minutes to preheat. The other update needed is the bed in the main bedroom. The one now is very noisy everytime you move. Everything else is is great, though.

It was very convenient to go shopping and out to eat. There are so many restaurants around to pick from. We went to Toby Keith's restaurant at The Wharf in Orange Beach. It was so good that we went there twice during our stay. It is so beautiful there that i would recommend this place to anyone. Looking forward to going back next year!

They had an electrical problem with the Sandpiper complex, and Bender refunded 2 days of rent for loss of the pool and inconvenience while they repairs were made.
