Our 3000 sq. foot colonial is newly built and close to everything Westport has to offer! 5 minutes to Compo Beach, Longshore Pool and Golf, the Metro North train Station, Trader Joe's- everything you could need in this wonderful beach town!

The house sits on a third of an acre and features a huge flat backyard with a deck and huge patio for BBQ or relaxing in privacy.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and Central Air throughout!

The floor plan is an open layout for hanging out with friends and family. The walk out basement Game Room has Ping Pong, Air hockey and Pop-a-Shot basketball for hours of fun!

You will have access to the 2 car garage, as well as a large driveway perfect for playing basketball on our hoop. A soccer goal and sports equipment available for use.

Beautiful Spacious Home with Everything!

This home is beautiful and spacious! The owners take great care in making sure their guests have everything they need. Mike was very attentive to any questions we had. The basketball court was awesome, the landscaping was beautiful and the kitchen was amazing. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Family trip

The house was beautiful with a great location. The little kids loved the ping pong air hockey and the basketball shot. They had so much fun playing in the basement. Our last night at the house they had an opportunity to play in the backyard with the soccer ball. We all had a great time and a great visit with family in Fairfield

Great house, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The house was beautiful and comfortable. The basement was a huge hit with my boys- they especially loved the pop a shot! The yard is large, and was a great gathering spot for everyone. My communication with Michael was all very helpful. What I loved most about this house was the location! I felt like everywhere we wanted to go was a quick 5 minute drive. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Pure Perfection!

There is no better location in all of Westport! You literally are 5 minutes from everything! The house is stunning, every detail was beautifully chosen. The basement area is an extraordinary play space with all of the fun and games you could imagine. The yard is massive and perfect for a family wanting to spend time outside. We did a wonderful neighborhood walk at sunset and it was picturesque walking up a pretty hill by a creek with fireflies all around us. The hosts were so warm and welcoming. We hope to be friends after we move close by in a few weeks. 10/10 Phenomenal listing!
