High end finish with granite countertop and stainless steel appliance in the kitchen, ceiling lights in all common spaces. All rooms are good size with walking closet. Extra air bed available for the common space. Over 140+ TV channel with high speed internet. The home is located 6 miles from Bridgestone Arena in Downtown Nashville & 7 miles to the Airport! The permit number 2/018076990. There is another unit in the other side of the house with separate entrance for rental. The front yard and the driveway will be shared for parking.
