I would suggest that the crew cleaning the house between visits make sure the bathroom fan works and the fireplace and furnace or leave instructions on how to work them.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay — thank you for the kind words. I'm so sorry the soaps and shampoos were missing. I’ve informed our housekeeping team so toiletries will be restocked and reaffirmed the cleaning checklist with them to prevent this error again. We truly appreciate your feedback.

Great location, nice walk to beach. House could be charming if cleaned up a bit more. Floors were filthy, everything pretty dated. No early check-in allowed.

Thank you for calling out the convenient location and easy walk to the beach. I'm so glad the setting worked well for your stay. I'm sorry the cleanliness and the condition of the home were disappointing. I’ve shared your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so we can arrange a thorough cleaning and assess needed updates to furnishings and floors. And I'm sincerely sorry the schedule did not allow for an early check-in this time. We do try to accommodate those requests whenever possible. Thank you again for the feedback — it helps us improve.

Thank you for staying with us and for the review. I’m sorry your stay didn’t earn five stars. I’m glad you enjoyed the wildlife and watching the paragliders but sorry to hear that the road noise and limited ocean view were surprises. We have worked hard to indicate the location of the home in relation to the ocean/road in the listing photos, but we'll absolutely take a second look to see if we can clarify that further. Thank you again for the feedback!

Nice get away

This place was perfect for my group of adults. It has that old time charm of a cabin on the ocean. It reminds me of a place my grandparents would have had growing up. There was plenty of space for the three of us and a dog. The view for sunset was the best surprise of all.
