With floor-to-ceiling living room windows and a deck around three sides of the home, Sea Here lives up to its name—views of the ocean surf and horizon beckon you to walk across the street to the beach access. You’re also in the middle of the charming residential village of Neskowin, and it’s an easy stroll through a neighborhood of porches and flowers to casual dining at the Cafe on Hawk Creek or the Beach Club Bistro. A full kitchen with windows on two sides brings in lots of Pacific light, and there’s a gas barbecue on the deck for outdoor grilling. Two bedrooms upstairs are supplemented by a downstairs suite, so you can bring friends or family along. You’ll all enjoy the quiet, relaxed pace of Neskowin and your location puts you close to the amenities of Lincoln City, just 10 minutes north. As you walk towards stunning Proposal Rock with the sun setting on the horizon you’ll be glad you took time out for a trip to the coast!

We spent a weekend at Neskowin to visit the Ghost Forest and generally explore the area. We were expecting to have to walk a couple of blocks on paved road to get to the beach, but were pleasantly surprised that a beach access trail was quite across the street. The house had all the amenities to support our group of 6, including cooking implements. Neskowin is a cozy, quiet town and those qualities extended to this house. We had a very relaxing time there!

The house was great for three adult women on a quilting retreat. Wonderful view of the ocean. The kitchen could use some more spoons, but other than that it was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice being close to the beach. The upstairs shower didn’t drain well and the kitchen was lacking in pans and cookie sheets. .

Perfect location, just across the street from a beach access point. Seems like some plumbing issues on the top floor, but. There is a bathroom on the bottom floor as well.

Cozy getaway right by the ocean

Great location!

We have stayed at this nice place a few times now and like it alot. This time the shower drain was all fixed. Yeah! Close to the beach and fits our needs.

The property is nicely located with an easy walk to the beach. The ground floor part of the residence smelled a bit like fuel. Upstairs shower does not drain well at all. Overall, it's a nice spot and fine.

When we walked in the door the smell of musty old socks hit us. Not the best way to start! After opening windows it did get better and although I understand that the location lends itself to that damp feeling it was pretty bad. Luckily we were at the house across the street for the day so we just used it for sleeping. It needs a serious upgrade especially the carpet along with new bedding and towels. The cleaning was good although the cob webs in the corners were abundant.

Easy Beach Access

This was our second stay with our dog. The beach access is great, just a 30 second walk and the dog is happy. The weather was beautiful and warm for November. Spent hours on the beach each day. And, we were able to leave the door to the deck open while cooking dinner and the dog could go in and out as she wanted.

Quiet getaway.

Neskowin is a quiet, sweet small village with carefully tended homes. Although this home is older and could use some updates, we had everything we needed and it was a short path to the beach. Proposal rock is an icon and we enjoyed exploring the area. Bald Eagle nest also!

Looking for a quiet get-away - this is it.

This house was exactly what we needed. Close access to the beach. The main area is on an upper floor so there is a limited view. The property management staff were quickly responsive (we had an issue with the TV and with kitchen pots/pans/dishes, etc.) We would definitely go back again. Neskowin is a nice off the beaten path place to visit.

Cold and Rainy but Fun

Proximity to the beach and walking areas was great. No one can control the weather! The covered entryway was great for the rainy weather. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils. Accommodations were adequate. The view of the ocean and sunset was nice.

Awesome Location

We loved the location and the upper level. I will definitely return. Suggestion for property owner: Fix power outlets on ground level. Add cereal bowls and water cups to the kitchen. Those tiny china bowls and champagne glasses are not great.

Fit our needs twice.

This is the second time staying at this property. Everyone likes it well enough. The location is perfect as it is only a very short walk to the beach. Was clean and well furnished. We did call on a chirping smoke detector and plugged drain. Hopefully they fix it for the next visitors.

This house is very run down. The finishes and furniture are tired. The paint needs refreshing in every room. The carpet is dirty with lots of visible stains. I expected more for the price and would never rent it again, even though the location is great. I got there to stay in the basement bedroom and found the bedside lamps not working nor any replacement bulbs. I called management and they came right away but removed one of the lamps and kept the other lamp I had moved to have some light near the bed. Odd.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a little snafu with early check in but otherwise smooth sailing for our weekend at the beach. The home is rustic in style but has everything you need and was very clean. We were very comfortable and the views we're amazing.
