Prepare for serene ocean views splashed with Pacific light in the spacious Horizon View, a luxurious, beautifully appointed custom home in a quiet area with access to a fantastic, remote beach north of Neskowin. Both bedrooms are downstairs with two bathrooms and a media room, making this a wonderful home to share with another couple or spread out with the family. The patio introduces you to the outdoors including a hot tub, landscaped yard, and amazing ocean views. Since it backs up to forest land, you’ll enjoy privacy and glimpses of wildlife from the neighboring Nestucca Wildlife Refuge. Nearly every room has an ocean view and the home is next to public beach access on Winema Rd, which is a 1 mile drive away and there is public parking available.

Upstairs, the open living area is sunlit from large skylights, with ample leather seating focused around the splendid view. A fireplace, games, books, and a reading nook let you cozy up to the custom space. Ocean views from the dining area make every meal special, and the gourmet kitchen will please even a discerning chef—beautiful cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a bar sink, and a main sink that overlooks the sea make cooking a pleasure. You can take in the breeze, sounds of surf, and sunshine from a wrap-around deck right out the side door with a BBQ and plenty of outdoor furniture. An upstairs loft extends the ocean view and provides a private area for kids to play and sleep.

When you’re ready for privacy, luxury, and time on a quiet beach, but a quick drive to Pacific City, Neskowin and Lincoln City, Horizon View is sure to expand your vacation horizons!

We had such an awesome time at this house. The beach is a short drive down the road and is stunning and quiet. The house’s views are incredible and it was honestly hard to leave. We loved the ping pong, hot tub, and fire pit. Just an all around great experience and can’t wait to go back.

Very nice house, great layout with ample space. Great sunset views, beach access is a close drive as well as. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would caution is bring extra bedding. The house occupancy is 8 but there is not bedding for 8 adults, maybe enough for 4 adults in the two queen beds and then the kids beds.

The view was beautiful - and we got lucky with perfect weather (except the last day we were leaving). The ocean views were great, the landscaping was beautiful. All the flowers were in bloom. Chose this house because it was close to McPhillips Beach (drive on beach- we had an elderly family member with us, so wanted them to have easier time on the beach) and it’s close proximity to Lincoln City. The Neskowin Beach was just down the road and super scenic and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware for everything we could need for our meals - appreciated that! The ping pong table was fun - and we even assembled one of the puzzles. Hot tub was perfect! We saw deer in the am! We chose this rental for many reasons, but mostly because of it being dog friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Only complaint was there wasn’t any cabinet cleaner to wipe down after meals or very much dishwasher soap pods.. but that wasn’t a huge concern and the stay was overall GREAT!
