Outdoors a fully fenced yard will contain the kids while you soak in the hot tub; they can also catch a game of ping-pong or dual-shot basketball arcade in the garage. The clean nautical decor continues in the upstairs, which includes three bedrooms and a landing with a queen futon-sleeper. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a spa-like bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. A second king bedroom also has a twin daybed. The large third bedroom has a Queen bed, twin bed, bunk bed with twin on top and full size on the bottom as well as lots of lively kite decor for the kids.

There is no end of outdoor activities from this home. Since the beach is 800 feet away, sandy feet will enjoy the hot-water outdoor shower. You can also access boogie boards, kites, raingear and clamming, fishing or crabbing gear from the garage. Walk to the nearby Necanicum Estuary and watch Great Blue Herons and other birds from the boardwalk and viewing deck. Ready for more? All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive.

Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.
