ANAHEIM PARK OASIS is your own private home away from home complete with an outdoor HEATED swimming pool. With your own street frontage, and big sized living area throughout, you have a capacity of up to 15 persons plus infants to holiday in comfort, offering the perfect holiday house location for the whole family or group of fun seekers wanting to be right in the heart of Theme Park Country.

PLEASE NOTE:
Residential House Only: Tenants strictly not to use this home as a party or function venue.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, includes extra living areas with lounges and comfortable day beds in the second living area, allowing a group/family capacity of up to 15 persons. The Anaheim Park Oasis is beautifully located adjacent to a well maintained council Playground with barbecue facilities. The house provides guests with private and spacious areas to relax inside or outside the home.
The large main lounge room is seperate from the kitchen and dining area providing a large cosy space to relax.

The bedding arrangements are:
The bedding configuration is as follows, 3 bedrooms plus living area bedding with:
1 x queen Separate bedroom
1 x queen and two singles bunk style in seperate bedroom,
1 x bedroom Seperate double and a double with single above (bunk style)
Family living area with fold out double
and a 2nd large living area room with two Single Day beds and 2 trundles underneath.
13 Beds in Total.

Indoors you can rest with tastefully decorated modern furniture and air conditioned comfort in the main living area with ceiling fans in all four bedrooms.
The main lounge is great for playing music via the bluetooth sound deck, or watching the 55Inch LCD television with surround sound speaker system. Not forgetting the Gaming Machine complete with all your favourites, pac man, Space Invaders etc... You are also able to cook up a gourmet delight in the large entertainers kitchen.

Outside you will enjoy the well maintained surrounds with great holiday facilities including Beautiful sparkling heated pool on the north side of the house to capture the sunshine with outdoor dining and gas barbecue - bring on the good times!

Theme Park Central....

Within walking distance from the front door is the famous Dreamworld (1klm) and Whitewaterworld (1klm) front gates. And its only a 5 minute drive to the other Gold Coast major theme parks of Movieworld, WetnWild, and the magnificient Australian Outback Spectacular show (4klm).

If you have had enough thrill ride action, then the Gold Coast beaches, and Seaworld (20klm) are only a twenty minute drive away.

The Coomera location is also the doorway to our beautiful hinterland wine trails of Tamborine Mountain, and the boating, fishing and Golf havens of Sanctuary Cove, and Hope Island, complete with many great restuarants and pubs that are all in and around the local area.

Woolworths supermarket is less than a kilometre away with many other shops and facilities in the centre to provide for your holiday needs. The Major tourist shopping centres of Westfield and Harbour Town Outlet shopping are also both less than 10 minutes away with Surfers Paradise only 25 minutes away.

You can be in , Coolangatta airport in 35 minutes. Brisbane airport is only 45 mins by car. Pick up bus at on the nearby transport route can take you to Helensvale station and catch a train directly to the Brisbane airport.

John and Keri welcome families, friends or couples from all over the world to enjoy their stay and experience a personal touch with modern decor and comfort at an affordable price.

How to get there???

Coomera is located 40 minutes from Brisbane Airport by car and 60 minutes directly from the aiport door by train. The Coomera train station is less than 1 kilometre away.
The Gold Coast airport at Coolangatta is 40 minutes south.

All flat fitted sheets, pillow slips and bath towels used are to be placed in laundry for collection (fold heavy blankets and covers and leave on top of bedding-DO NOT REMOVE PROTECTORS UNLESS SOILED
Floors Vacuumed/mopped or swept where necessary (i.e. Your food or sticky drinks on floor).BBQ left "clean" and tidy, if gas bottle empty please leave next to BBQ for replacement for next guest.

Relaxing holiday stay

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect, my teen daughters are autistic and find it hard to stay in different houses but they were so relaxed here it felt safe and relaxing,perfect time away!

Good place for extended families

extended family had a great time in this huge house very clean very accommodating holiday house. A few little things would improve it greatly like better blinds and shower roses !

Fabulous place

Home away from home in Fun Paradise!

We were 10 minutes from EVERYTHING FUN in this city! The beds were comfy, the house was clean, plenty of air conditioning units, plenty of room for hosting, plenty of utensils in the kitchen for cooking and eating. Highly recommend this house and commend Keri for being a great communicator and friendly host.

Perfect for our needs :)

House was prefect for us, great location not far from the theme parks. We only had one little issue and that was fixed promptly 👌 maybe just let people know how steep driveway is, it was a bit hard for our grandparents to get up. Other than that our stay was awesome and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Amazing property for a family

We booked this property as we were visiting family who also reside in Upper Coomera The property was as described - so many bedding options available for a small or large group stay Anything you think you might need, was readily available at the property - which allowed us to have some great family meals on house and not have to purchase any additional cooking utensils. Pool was used on a nice autumn sunny day Location is in close proximity to shops and dream world if you fancy heading to a theme park There was also a playground directly across the road which was handy for family children when they popped in for a visit The driveway visible from the front of the property is steep - so we used the driveway on the side of the property as it was easier with hoping in and out of the car (and there is a side entrance to the house which made it extremely handy - especially when we had some rainy days) Communication with the owners was great - we were running late for our check in which didn’t cause an issue. Similarly the check out process was a breeze. Have recommended the property to remainder of our family for any upcoming visits to QLD

Perfect house

This property was really nice, the location was exceptional as shopping centres are not that far, made things a lot easier. The theme parks are just a 5 min drive from the house. Was a very clean tidy house, love the layout of the house plan. Neighbours were extremely nice, just a welcoming home and would recommend. Keri and John are very easy to contact and are easy to communicate with. Really lovey people.

Perfect for a family going to the theme parks

Large comfortable house. Pool and spa pool are great. Retro spacey machine was a nice surprise. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Great location for the theme parks. Beds are comfortable. I'd definitely recommend to friends visiting the GC.

Excellent, clean property

Recently stayed at this property with my 4 kids aged from 3 to 14. They all loved it especially the pool, trampoline and the arcade game. The house is an excellent size with plenty of space. I personally loved the Jacuzzi and the kitchen. The house is well located next to coles Aldi and woolworths. The only negative is that there were cane toads out the front and they scared me. Im from Sydney and have never seen them before.in saying that i never seen them near the pool area (and my kids were swimming all night) or where the Jacuzzi was situated. Only out the front and only at night. I highly recommend this place, my kids didnt want to leave

Lovely well equiped home.

It was well suited for our family stay. It is close to the theme parks. A relax in the spa is just what we needed after a fun day at the theme parks!

Amazing property

We loved our stay at the property, my kids didn't want to leave and asked could it be our new home! It had everything you needed and was truly a home away from home. After a busy day of sightseeing it was great to come back to a house to relax in. The information provided was also extremely useful for supermarkets etc and having one of us end up being admitted to hospital the house was only a 10-15 min drive from there which made it easy. John & Keri were amazing with all our questions nothing was to much trouble. We are planning our next family holiday and are hoping to book another property with John & Keri, we won't look anywhere else! Will also be highly recommending their properties to family and friends.

Perfect Family Home

Anaheim Park Lodge was the perfect home in the perfect location for easy access to local shops and of course, Dreamworld! The home was modern and comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Awesome home - Just right!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Just right for our 2 families and 5 young children. Plenty to keep the kids entertained. Spa was heaven after long days at the theme parks. So close! Friendly, quiet neighbourhood too :)

what a great place to stay

My boys loved the 2nd living area and large TV. The free wifi makes a technology family happy for when you come home from a long day at the theme parks and want to veg out. The theme parks are so close which helps save value travelling time. Great property, great Spa in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.
