3 Day Stay- Cation

The house is big and gorgeous! The owner and everyone who works there are easy to talk to. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because I have a 1 year old who waited 1hr for the water to get warm and then after I called and asked; it was fixed but my baby was too sleepy and couldn't take a shower the night we arrived after a long day of traveling. Dirty baby. 😢

Hello Laura I do not agree with your comments there is always hot water in the house you should probably have helped your little boy who does not know which one is the hot or cold water tap , which is always the left one . And of course that info is not for a one year old to know. And why don't you mention that your mother stayed one more day in the house because you had to be some place else and our staff took care of her and also the extra services you demanded that are your responsability? You should have given us a 5 plus evaluation, Every one else that has stayed with us have given us great grades because we make their stay a very pleasent one. My staff explained to you how faucets work and you left a 1 year old boy alone in the shower that is your responsability not ours, and for an hour? Thank god anything happened to him or you would have blamed us for that. WE ALWAYS TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF OUR GUESTS .

Hermosa casa de ensueño

Hermosa casa, bien equipada y limpia. Excelente lugar para unas vacaciones en familia; linda alberca y magnífico jardín. Puntos positivos: lugar muy espacioso, equipado para todos los gustos; servicio muy amable; decoración de buen gusto. Puntos negativos: la vajila no es suficiente, se necesitaría mas platos, hay muy pocos platos, el desayuno merecería unos platos normales y no de plastico. El servicio es bueno pero con detalles de falta de atención (por ejemplo, falta de toallas, de cojines para la sillas de la terraza). Sería bueno especificar que los primeros jabones y papel de baño es de cortesia para andar preparados.

Una experiencia que superó mi expectativas

Cuando rente Villa San Ramon y platiqué con Juan la idea que teníamos para mi estancia, ya que festejamos a mi suegra que cumplió 91 años y nos juntamos familiares de diferentes ciudades, quise cuidar todos los detalles planeados y organizados antes de nuestra llegada. Nos pusimos de acuerdo y desde que se abrió el portón fue una gran sorpresa lo hermosa que es la casa, jardines amplios verdes, todo está súper cuidado, cada espacio está decorado con mucho detalle. El personal que nos atendió, Roberto, Ana y Araceli fueron muy amables y nos apoyaron a desde tener comprado todo lo necesario, hasta cocinar y hacer de nuestra estancia una gran experiencia en familia . De inicio, son muy organizados y claros en sus reglas, las cuales son muy lógicas para entender que al respetarlas se logra armonía en todo sentido. Estoy planeando mi próximo viaje para volver a llegar a Villa San Ramon

Excelente lugar familiar

La casa es bellísima mejor de como se ve en las fotos, las habitaciones enormes e impecables, todo muy limpio y en excelentes condiciones, los dueños personas muy educadas con un excelente trato, muy dispuestos a apoyar en lo que se les solicita, cuentan con dos personas en la propiedad que están a cargo del mantenimiento y de brindar comodidad a los huéspedes. Es muy agradable levantarte y encontrar la mesa servida con un desayuno continental, café recién hecho delicioso. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Muchas gracias. Sin duda volveremos.

This land was a cattle ranch of our gradparents before the city catch us into the urban spot, then we keep the house and 10 acres around it.
