On Lake Austin this waterfront house is less than 20 steps from back porch to waterfront. Double deck boat dock so you can dock your boat. New putting green. Pool table. Paddle boards for your use. We are in the quiet part of Lake Austin next to Fritz Hughes Park near Mansfield damn between Lakeway and Steiner Ranch. Only 25 minutes to campus depending on time of day. 4000 plus square feet.

This place is wonderful! Beautiful accommodations and you will want fro nothing!

The beds are great, lots to do, fully stocked kitchen. Lots of places to hang out and visit, play pool, watch the water and just be. We loved it!

Beautiful property!

The pictures are amazing but don’t do it justice. This is a very spacious beautiful house on Lake Austin. The outdoor area is just as impressive as the inside! The house felt very private and is great for groups.

Great Getaway

This house was big and beautiful! Had plenty of space for everyone. Very personable and cozy! Right on Lake Austin with a great outdoor space and great views. One thing we didn’t know about was Lake Austin/Colorado River is oh so very cold! We didn’t enjoy the water as much as we wanted, but overall we had a great family time.

The house is better than advertised!

This house is beautiful! Everything was spotless, updated, more room than expected, gorgeous view of Lake Austin, stocked with all of the little things that a family might forget to bring and the owner was very responsive. We had a fantastic weekend and would definitely stay in this house again!

Location is lake front and close to downtown or campus. Located between Lakeway and Steiner Ranch. You can dock your boat, paddleboard, tube, fish, putt putt or play pool. Great double level dock.

Waterfront on Lake Austin steps to the new beachfront. Double deck boat dock. Upper deck has great views. On the quiet part of Lake Austin, easy to paddleboard or bring your tubes and kayak. This large 5 bedroom home is simple and comfortable. Putting green and pool table. Two parking areas for your guests.
