9/9 Warley Ave Cowes - close to the beach and main street

Walk to everything, the unit is located in the most central location of Cowes. Leave the car and walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. This lovely 2 bedroom unit is on the 3rd level which gives great views of Cowes and the ocean.

There are 2 large bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other a bunk and single bed. The lounge is new and very comfortable, with tv and dvd. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 3 stools, table and chairs, oven and microwave. There is a bar heater too. The bathroom and laundry are combined, with Washing Machine, basin, shower and toilet. One car space is also available.

No bbq. Public bbq's are located on The Esplanade by the beach.

*Moto GP is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for Moto Gp and World Superbikes events only!

For all other bookings please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels OR linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.

Basic apartment in great location
The apartment is in a fantastic location but is quite basic and small. No air conditioning on the top floor was quite hot so we bought a pedestal fan. Once the sun goes down a great sea breeze rushes through all open windows but as it has vertical blinds they flapped all night. Upon arrival we found a dead bird in the foyer of our apartment which was very smelly and flies everywhere sonit had been there for a while. There were lots of dead bugs on windowsills which we had to clean. The bathroom and shower were nice and clean with new tiles. It was a good stay with our 2 young children as it was simple and no frills but given lack of cooling we wouldn't stay again.
