The location is second to none, with the Cowes front beach just a stone's throw away and the main shopping area just a five-minute walk. You'll never be far from the action, with easy access to all of the amazing amenities that Cowes has to offer.

This home is ideal for larger families, with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms providing ample space for everyone. The main bathroom boasts a spa bath, offering a peaceful retreat at the end of a long day.

The two living areas both have split system heating and cooling, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year. A smart T.V with surround sound available in both areas and free Wifi.

Gas cook top, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you need to feed the masses is available in the kitchen.

All bedrooms have their own split systems, allowing everyone to set the temperature to their preference.

Additionally, the gas BBQ, outdoor setting and mini putting green provide the perfect place to entertain family and friends during warm summer nights.

Chicory Avenue

Love the location of the property and the size is perfect for a big family. Home is outdated no WiFi and older electronics. Don't think the property had been cleaned on our arrival found items under beds, dirty dishes in cupboard and dirty washing on top of washing machine. Had to call for lock code as no one sent it to me.

Great extended family holiday house

A great house for an extended family holiday, we had a lovely time playing pool and the mini golf together, the house itself is a classic and very functional holiday home. We really appreciated having kids cups plates and cutlery and drinks and in general the kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfy, neighbourhood was quiet. We’d happily stay again!
