This stand alone townhouse is located only a short walk to the Cowes main front beach and main shopping precinct.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is located on the ground level, the sliding doors open onto the paved courtyard and also allows plenty of light into the house.
You will find loads of space in the lounge room with the modern and comfortable couches where all the family can enjoy a movie together. The dining table in front of the courtyard window is the perfect sunny spot for breakfast. The courtyard is fully fenced and has an outdoor setting and a gas bbq. Split system heating and cooling provides year round comfort.
The kitchen is spacious and modern with electric cooking, a microwave, dishwasher as well as a large fridge. Plenty of pots, pans and utensils as well as salad bowls and platters, perfect for that alfresco dining.
This property has provided a high chair and porta cot as well as a child security gate to lock off the stairs. You will need to bring all your own linen and bedding for the porta cot.
All three bedrooms are upstairs with the main front bedroom having a queen bed with walk-in robe and ensuite. It also has a wall mounted flat screen tv and a lovely balcony accessed by sliding doors. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with the third having 2 single beds. All bedrooms have split system heating and cooling.
Also upstairs is the family bathroom with bath and downstairs you will find a third toilet in the laundry as well as a washing machine for your convenience.
The secure lock up garage is available for guest use.
Pets are welcome - outside only and by application!

We have stayed here before, this time it wasn’t great. Cleanliness - floors dirty, bench tops dirty - suspect that occurred because all the windows were open in winter. Random chips that our children found and put in their mouths still there. Not great. Properly managers were great and organised a cleaner, but still for the price you’d expect better.

Good stay
Great property, nice and close to the Main Street, clean and tidy and plenty of space. Well stocked with cutlery/pots/plates etc. Heaters in each bedroom which was great! Couches felt comfy and clean.
Only complaint was communication with the property managers (O’Briens Real Estate). We had to call many times about the check in details and codes and were passed around which was frustrating. No complaints with the actual property though, would stay again!

Disappointed to turn up and the property had not been cleaned after the previous allocation. No offer of compensation such as a late checkout the next day or anything. Had to sit there while the cleaners worked. They were both very nice people though.
