Ground Floor Deluxe Efficiency- Sleep Max. 4 - If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied.
Amenities include, A/C, Smart TV, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, Cuisinart blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder and toaster, hair dryer, iron with tabletop ironing board and kitchen table for four adults. 2 Full Size beds & a futon. Fresh towels are available, please bring towels for the beach and pool. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach.

It was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Walls appeared to be a little thin in case you needed some more privacy.

You need new beds Thanks. Oh and new wire to tv futon is very uncomfortable Just go to wayfair for a quick update to a more comfortable stay

Just visiting Home

Have stayed here several times... it is within my budget to visit home. Rooms are always clean and it is nice to have kitchen. Enjoy sitting on back patio sipping tea and watchingband listening to birds. For us it works out perfect, just a short way to beaches and to visit family.
