Nice updated home to stay in for the weekend that is suitable for large families. This property is located right next to the Idaho Falls Zoo, Tautphaus Park, and the Joe Lehto Ice Arena. The back yard adjoins these amenities. It is a great rambler home that has been recently updated. There is a fenced back a yard for pet to stay in. 5 bedrooms. The upstairs 3 have beds. The downstairs tow bedrooms has a brand new queen bed and the other has an air matress. TV/Theater room with DirectTV. Great place for a family or other group that is interested in being near the park and zoo. It is only 5 minutes from downtown Idaho Falls temple and 5 minutes from the interstate. There is a king,queen,and full bed in the three upstairs bedrooms. 65 inch flat screen downstairs. 60 inch in master bedroom. Memory foam toppers on the upstairs beds. Full marble shower and bathtub upstairs. Extra shower downstairs. The photos are dated and now the upstairs has tile floors and new caret throughout.
This also would make a great stop for groups traveling to Yellowstone from the Salt Lake City area. Property has a rear gate that borders Tautphaus Park with a skate park, softball fields,tennis courts, and playgrounds. Pets ok. There is a secure fenced back yard for pets. There is a Trager grill as well.

Large, clean house with lots of beds

We had a great stay. There are lots of rooms and beds for a family get together. The location is quiet and there is plenty of parking spaces.

Idaho Falls Fun

Everything was great. The property was well located, especially being right outside the zoo and we had small children with us. The house had plenty of room and was well laid out.

Disappointing

We have had very positive experiences with VRBO homes in the past, this one was a huge disappointment. When we arrived there was a note informing us of a water leak in the home. The carpet was wet, torn up and the home smelled of mildew. We feel the owner should not have listed the home in this condition. The listing said the home has air-conditioning, didn’t mention it doesn’t work. We notified the owner the AC wasn’t working, he never responded. There were no kitchen towels, dish cloths or even a sponge to aid in keeping the kitchen tidy. Cannot recommend this home, renters beware.

Awesome location

The location of this home is perfect. It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood with great access to a beautiful park and zoo! The home has plenty of room for a large group and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and have meals there. We had a very nice stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we are in the Idaho Falls area again!

Roomy and a neat location.

A very roomy home, very comfortable beds and a huge yard for your dogs. A convenient location especially if you intend on going to the zoo. Right through the back gate and a 30 foot walk and you are at the entrance gate. Check out Tautphaus Park for other activities which is right through that gate! This place will be my first searched every time we return to Idaho Falls.
