• Top bunks are suitable for guests aged 14 years and under only

Perfect for families or groups of friends, this spacious home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate living areas, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.

The upstairs level features open-plan living with a well-equipped kitchen, dining, and lounge area, flowing out to a balcony where you may catch glimpses of the sea. This space is ideal for shared meals, entertaining, or simply enjoying the coastal atmosphere. The upstairs also includes two queen bedrooms and a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday cooking and entertaining, including a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, Aldi coffee pod machine, and ample crockery and glassware. Both living areas are fitted with split-system heating and cooling for year-round comfort.

Downstairs offers a separate retreat, ideal for children or additional guests, with an open entertainment area including TV, DVDs, Xbox, and board games, along with two bedrooms sleeping up to five guests and a second bathroom.

Outside, there is a large backyard area with ample space for parking cars and a boat. Please note the yard is not fenced.

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for your stay; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds made prior to arrival, please request this at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed - sorry no top bunks are made). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding will be allocated based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
