Luxurious Modern Escape: Close to beach - Apt 9

I have a thing for design and modern simplicity. You will find yourself in uncluttered airy and clean apartment where you can relax and feel like you are home away from home. The kitchen is outfitted with all the necessary tools to allow you to create meals that span from simple to more complicated ones.

There are beach towels and beach chairs available to you, and you will find that the ocean is only a five minute drive from your apartment. Or, if walking is what you prefer so that you get some fresh south Florida air in as well as some healthy steps, then you will only be walking about 1.5 miles to the ocean.

The way that I have decorated the apartment is with attention to detail. I like to change things up and run through the space in between guests with a discerning eye. If something is worn looking, I get rid of it and it is replaced with something else immediately. I look at the apartment as though it were my own and always have you on my mind as to how the space will offer you comfort and a feeling of fresh with a deep sense of clean. A place that you will feel wonderful in. My goal is that YOU are comfortable and have a peaceful, restful experience.

Hidden gem for an affordable stay in Ft. Lauderdale

This apartment was perfect! Location was ideal; everything was just a very short drive away. It was stocked with all the beach necessities (chairs, coolers, umbrellas), as well as ample cooking materials & toiletries. Along with feeling very comfortable and safe, I loved the private little yard with a table & chairs that was right outside of our door. I couldn’t be more pleased with my stay. Rossana was an amazing host!! She was attentive, welcoming, and extremely accommodating. I would love to stay here again in the future!

I am a minimalist by nature and tend to innately respond to "less is more" philosophy when it comes to my surroundings. This translates into my clean simple eating lifestyle also. I care deeply about my surroundings and my properties and take really good care of them. I care about people as well and making sure they are comfortable and happy is my number one goal.

My property is my pride and joy. I own 9 units and most of those are rented annually. I really have some of the sweetest tenants who are really respectful and quiet. The two units that are available for vacation rental are lovely and completely remodeled. They are airy and clean and I am really proud of them. I hope you will love them as much as I do.
