Ridgepoint Townhome 149 - 3 Bedroom plus Loft Residence
This light and bright, end unit townhome offers exceptional sleeping capacity (sleeps 10), a wood burning fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, one with a king size bed, the other a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin beds, plus a third bedroom with a queen bed. Additional features include a loft with two twin beds (can be made into a king), washer/dryer and one outdoor parking space.
Guests will appreciate views from the furnished deck (with BBQ), complimentary shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village and Centennial Express Lift, and the ability to walk to the ski way to the Mountain Express Lift. Access to a year-round hot tub as well as summertime tennis courts, pickleball and an outdoor swimming pool are also available. Please note, this home does not have air conditioning.
