Azure Paris Hilton Beach Resort & Residences @ 1932 Maui Tower

Maui Tower 1932 is a 2 bedroom unit located on the 19th floor of a 20 Storey high rise building. Has a city view and Laguna de bay view on the distance and can see the view from the balcony. The Azure resorts & amenities requirements changed during covid 19 pandemic when the staycation re opened last March 15, 2022. Now back up to 4 to 6 pax maximum to stay in 2 bedroom unit. As a new requirement of Azure Management, All guests need to submit the screenshots of their ID for all guests and no more covid vaccine mandate required as per Azure management news dated 8/3/2023. To the guest likes to register early i will send the message through Vrbo messaging system or email to apply and process the Guests gate pass Entry prior arrival or can process guest gate pass as standard guest on the day of arrival as per Azure Residences / Condominium & Resorts policy.

Discounts for longer stay

Vip or family resident entry also offered for early bookings and need to register 1 month advance for over 7 days booking as resident gate pass will process 1 month before guest arrival to avail the free use of the amenities. Guest who likes to register upon check in will process the standard gate pass on arrival and if using the wave pool the Azure management will charge 250 pesos per person per swim at the cashier.

Azure is 15 minutes from the airport, MOA, Solaire, BGC, etc and walking distance to SM City Bicutan

A very nice stay.

We stayed in a two bedroom on the 19th floor. The balcony gave us a great view of the city. The beach/poolside area was really nice. What made it for us was that the host family greetings us at the building and was very informative and super friendly. SM was walking distance as well which was a plus. We would gladly stay here again. Amazing hosts.

Great communication from start to finish. Arlene and Lyn super helpful, understanding and caring. Check in process seamless, accommodation comfortable right next door to SM City Bicutan which has all the shopping / eateries you’d need. Facilities with the wave pool, gym and other pools are top notch.

These people are complaining that the Condo apartment is too small and that photos on the website are not genuine. This is a lie - the photos are genuine and the apartment is 49 sqm. It is one of the larger 2 bedroom apartments and the price charged is very reasonable ( $60-$65 per night on that dates. If they want a larger apartment than this, they should consider paying more money as the owner has to pay many expenses to provide this accommodation, including mortgage interest, monthly association fees, cleaning fees, tax fees etc. I even went out of my way to give them an upgrade to use all the amenities for free especially the wavepool. Once check in has been completed there is no refund of fees paid. This is standard practice, it’s in the terms and conditions from the website. Also, the guest’s wife aware of the size of the unit and informed the guest as she been there before in different unit but the guest still wanted to book. Then after check in the guest decided not to continue. If money refunded the owner cannot re- rent the apartment for those nights at short notice.

The owner of this property and her caretaker were so accommodating and very polite. They assisted my family from the time we booked this beautiful accommodation until the check out date. Our great stay in Azure, Maui 1932, was made even better by the constant, positive interaction between the Ms. Arlene, owner, Ms. Fedelyn, her caretaker and my wife and I. We had a extra personal issue that they helped us with even though they didn’t have to. The amenities were fantastic, the kids loved the wave pool and kids pool. The first night we are a great pizza from downstairs and at 3 a.m.due to jet lag, I walked to the 7-11 just below for some coffee. Very convenient and safe! I highly recommend this condo, this owner and this caretaker! Thanks so much to all!

This Owner Will work with YOU

Yes the property is a bit dated, but if you use VRBO, you surely know, that owner and staff relations are very important. This particular owner, went out of her way to issue a refund, for unused days, due to a change in my schedule. It is important to note that despite VRBO refund policies, I did, because of her cooperation, receive my refund. This matters, because many, many VRBO Owners, once they have your money, will keep it. I had to make several reservations changes, the owner had no issues with the changes. VERY Flexible! Now, that said, I will tell you about the unit. This is a two bedroom unit, its small but it has a HUGE balcony, eating dinner outside would be nice. There are plenty of utensils. I made certain small recommendations to the staff for bathroom improvements, but you have every thing u need to enjoy the wave pool or your staycation. Getting there is a hassle, do NOT use West Service road, unless you want to spend 1 hour in traffic, use the Skyway. Staff was waiting for my arrival, after my long flight and greeted me and answered all my questions, I was well received. I feel the price, for the condition, amenities are quite fair. I will book this unit again in the near future.

My family loved the place. Host and her niece were very attentive to messages and requests. Access to the beach, pool, and other activities were on convenient. Only a short walk (block or two) to SM Mall. So many restaurants in the area to choose from. Laundry facility is close by which was great for my son, husband, and Dad. It was in the next building. My husband enjoyed sitting in the balcony drinking his coffee in the morning. Host allowed for them to do a late checkout since it was available and their flight was at 11pm.
