Charming Cape Cod home in West Dennis Village, close to everything a vacation could ask for! .9 miles to West Dennis Beach, .25 miles to Bass River & footsteps away to many restaurants/bars, specialty shops, a spa, liquor store/market, a park and more! Uber or drive to the rest of what Cape Cod has to offer!

The space
Entire house, 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. House has a lot of character and Cape Cod charm, 2 beautiful kitchens and a huge yard with 2 patios, 2 grills, and s hot tub!

Listing has recently been updated to allow pets! We ask that guests pick up the yard after their pets.

Guest access
There is parking for 8 vehicles at the house. There is a public parking lot across the street for extra parking (under .1 mile walk).

There are housekeeping quarters located on the property (garage). You may notice them walking by the driveway to access the garage.


There is a code to the front door, and a padlock to the gate in the yard. Check in instructions will become available to you 24 hours prior to your stay, they are accessed on the listing page itself. We have included pictures as the driveway is long and easy to miss, we recommend looking them over before arriving to make your trip in stress free :)

Other things to note
Please park in front of the green garage bays or dirt patch in front of the locked wooden gate (6 cars maximum if double parked, please review the check in instructions with pictures when booked), 2 cars in front of fence or across the street in public parking.

A word on early check in/late check out: Check in time is posted as 5pm, often the house is clean and ready by 3pm. We always message our guests as soon as our cleaner gives us the go ahead that the house is done. We list the check in as 5pm in case the house is not left in great condition by previous guests, we want to make sure there is enough time to make the house clean and inviting for your stay! :)

Check out is listed as 11am. During our busy season (summer) we must stick to our check out time as we reach 100% occupancy during these times, and the next guests will be checking in later that day. During the off season, late check out may be an option if the house is not booked for the next day. It is easiest for us if you ask about late check out on the last night of your stay.

This house rocks! The backyard is so spacious and the house is even better than the photos. Plenty of parking, lots of great amenities provided that you don’t typically get with other stays. Loved this place!

Quaint cottage

We enjoyed our stay despite the bad weather. The house met our needs. The bed was comfortable as was the sitting area. We were not able to utilize the back yard and all it had to offer - but it is clearly a plus for this rental. I think it is a great place for a family.

The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The back yard is out of a good house keeping magazine. It had everything we needed and more. Also had a liquor store in walking distance. Wedding week

My son was married at the Dennis Inn. We had to travel a bit between Dennis and Orleans. Set up was great…soon learned that everything is 5.4 miles away on the Cape, and always takes 20 minutes in the summer😀😳 Our dog was there, too. Great yard to run in!

Good spot

It suited our needs. Nice nearby shops and restaurants. Really great backyard for our dogs and comfortable bed. It was a difficult find but our hostess helped us out. Just be sure you communicate with the host before you leave. Other than that it was a good place to stay, clean, felt very welcome and comfortable.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This home had everything our family could have ever needed and more. We enjoyed the backyard with its beautiful propane fire pit and deck. It was minutes from beaches, shops and restaurants. Teegan was very quick to respond with any needs we had. It was truly an amazing Cape summer vacation!

Air conditioner noisy and smelling of smoke . Torn screen on one upstairs window that could open. Shower liner on tiny upstairs shower torn off half the holders. Downstairs toilet leaked from seal, keeping floor wet. Disappointing condition... over priced.

The house was super cute and close to everything from the beach, to restaurants. The host was so helpful and quick to respond both prior to and during our stay. The backyard area was so spacious and a great place to hang out when we were not at the beach. Highly recommend.

Not what we were expecting.

First off the house is difficult to find. The agent mentioned what to look for to find the house, but it still took four trips past the street in order to find the property. It is located behind a warehouse. The house does not stand alone, there are attached bungalows to the structure. Not planning on staying or recommending this property.

Amazing location and house

We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed the entire process from check in, to relaxing and to being able to walk too many different locations. Clean and very safe. Nice, private rental

Great spot and host! The property was accurately described. Backyard is huge and included a BBQ and firepit. All bedrooms except for one had individual A/C units for comfort. The family and living room was more than enough space for the 8 of us to relax in. Driveway and location is a bit tricky but other than that, there was absolutely no issues at all. Walking distance to the liquor store, some shops, ice cream and an excellent breakfast spot. Big thanks to Tegan (and BF) for the massive amount of yard clean-up done after the violent storm to ensure our check-in time was not pushed back!

Why they chose this property

Our house was built in 1815 and while it has undergone many renovations throughout the years, it maintains that historic charm. The farmhouse sink, built in cabinets, and wood paneling are some of the most beautiful details in our home. Please check out the pictures to see more of the Sun, Sand & Sea House :)

What makes this property unique

We are able to host midsized families and groups and have a large fully fenced in backyard (perfect for dogs!) to enjoy grilling and nights in at the house. We have a firepit available for use, and the grill is piped into the house's gas line so there is no need to bring propane. The house is close to many things to do in the area, while still being a private residence (the driveway is long, about 150 ft, so you are able to be in the thick of what's happening in West Dennis and still have a private space to enjoy).
