Escape to this contemporary alpine oasis with breath-taking lake and mountain views. Nestled in the highly desired Queenstown Hill area, you are just moments to the buzz and action of the centre of town. It is the perfect setup for families or small groups.



The Space:

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

The home is set over three levels. On the ground level, you have a large 2 car garage that also hosts the laundry. The second level has two living areas, one looking out to the remarkable panoramic views of Queenstown and the other with a gas fire that you can cosy up next to on those crisp, winter nights.



The open plan kitchen and dining area lead out onto the patios and balconies that surround the house. This is where you will enjoy the fabulous outdoor area consisting of an alluring spa pool designed for you to unwind and relax after a day exploring all that Queenstown has to offer. All four bedrooms are situated on the top level of the house along with two ensuites and one shared bathroom.



The two spacious lounge areas offer different qualities, one being open plan in the main living area, the other providing a quiet space where you can escape and read your book or watch a movie. There are sliding doors throughout the townhouse which create a perfect indoor/outdoor flow.

Wonderful family holiday!!

The property was ideal for 2 weeks with our adult children and their partners. Everyone had their own space but there were several areas large enough for us all to gather and have fun. Encountered a few maintenance issues but had an over all great stay. We loved the hot tub and will miss the beautiful view!!

The location is fantastic and the property perfectly catered for our group of 6 on a snowboard holiday.The condition of the property was not as good as the first time we stayed - although the spa area looks to have been redone, the inside of the property does appear to be suffering from some general wear and tear. Time to re paint perhaps? Everything else was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends :)

Reviewer Comments: thank you to goodstays qtown for being so understanding when our holiday had to be altered due to my parents poor health. they are 80 and 83 and this was possibly our last big holiday as a family of 8 to spend with them. you couldnt have done more for us including our very early bookin time to keep them out of the cold. the house was warm and cosy on arrival making the "welcome" feel genuine. we did have to phone about a faulty light switch but the electrician was at the house within 2 hours to fix it. overall an amazing spot with fabulous views and plenty of space. thank you goodstays!

The place was spacious, warm and welcoming. It had all amenities we needed plus the spa which we used every day. The only complaint I could make is that the neighbours used the spa during the day when they thought we were out. Not a big deal though, just a little bit scary to see random people walking through what it meant to be your property. Overall we would definitely recommend this house. Only a $10 cab to town and amazing views from the top of the hill.

Modern amenities and comfortable. On top of the hill so not really walkable from town but only a $10 taxi ride. A few things weren't functioning properly but we advised the management company on checkout and they were going to look into those. 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms (shower only) plus 3 toilets (one in each bathroom plus a 3rd downstairs). Safe and secure apartment. Quiet and perfect for short or long stays.

Reviewer Comments: The apartment was nice with a great view of the lake and mountains. What was disappointing is that the outdoor spa stopped working after two nights into our stay. We had specifically booked this apartment for the use of the spa so we were really disappointed when the response we got from Goodstays was just "sorry for the inconvenience". Also, the underfloor heating was not working and the sink in our bathroom was not draining properly. We had actually stayed in the same apartment last year and enjoyed the stay. We understand that things can break from time to time but the way in which the issues were dealt with by management will be a deterrent from staying there again in the future.
