THE HADDEN’S PROPERTY SUMMARY:
Relax in modern, private surroundings while still being close to all the action of Queenstown. Welcome to The Hadden’s, a three-bedroom home with double garaging and landscaped gardens on an elevated section above downtown.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
This architectural gem is set over 3 storeys, with 3 generous bedrooms and 2 plus modern bathrooms. Situated to take advantage of the jaw-dropping mountain and lake vistas, the open plan kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. The lounge flows seamlessly off the kitchen, boasting an ambient gas fireplace, all leading onto the wrap-around balcony with those incredible outlooks.

Styled with contemporary elegance and thoughtful use of materials, The Hadden’s offers guests excellent amenities including underfloor heating, double glazing and a full security system. Bask in the sun on the balcony and breathe in that mountain air. If you fancy an alfresco dinner, simply fire up the BBQ and enjoy! A double garage takes care of parking, plus ski or bike storage.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

You will have access to the entire home.

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.

Parking: double garage takes care of parking, plus ski or bike storage.
House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please note our terms and conditions and is also available to view through our website
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

Unfortunately the stay was tarnished by poor management of the property. They handled themselves in an unprofessional manner and were quite rude regarding the management of the spa. The property itself was nice, it was in a good area. The roadworks made the walking trip that little bit longer.

Lovely property, amazing view, well set up. Major roadworks at bottom of the hill made walk into centre Queenstown bit longer than expected but not too bad.

Our 2nd stay at this perfect location finished off our NZ Queenstown stay at the end of our South Island trip nicely, easy walk down to catch the ski bus and waterfront and restaurants. We loved the property, and would definitely stay here again in furture NZ trips.

Beautiful property, excellent location, breathtaking views, well appointed. Great spot for the family, and the hot tub is a must after a days hiking or skiing. Would totally recommend this house.
