Stunning view, comfortable accommodations, convenient location. As an American it took some getting used to the dryer being only for backup (it vents directly into the bathroom) but it was kinda fun hanging up my clothes on the rack where they could have a nice view while drying. Appreciated having parking on site.

This place was great!! The view was spectacular. We walked along the lake to and from city centre. It was convenient. Everything we needed. Host was very helpful in accommodating us.

Granny, 7 month old and mum and had had a wonderful time. Excellent facilities and location. Magical view and easy security. Would recommend to everyone. It is a great spot in a lovely town. Thank you

It was pretty dated on the inside. Cushions in the room with two beds had stains and were dirty. The management company had very bad communication.There was not a lot of air flow in the house, and no AC. Air conditioning probably isn’t necessary for most days in QT, unfortunately we needed some relief. We kept the door open for air and got a lot of bugs. Maybe invest in a screen door?The location was excellent and the views were great. Clearly the best part of the house.

We were a little surprised by the comments regarding communication, as we responded to all emails promptly. We have reached out again in case any of our replies were filtered to your spam folder. We understand your concerns regarding air conditioning. It is not usually necessary in Queenstown, however we do provide fans for any unusually warm days. We regularly dry clean the couch cushions and will check and address the stain mentioned on the pillow. Thanks again for your feedback.
