This beautiful townhouse is located in the heart of Torquay with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and separate dining room. Enjoy the magic of this holiday house, situated in Old Torquay and only 400m from the beach.

With ocean views from the deck off the second storey living area, polished timber floors, dining setting for eight, smart TV and air conditioning. This property also has a full bathroom with bath along with a powder room for your convenience upstairs.

The bedrooms consist of x2 Queen Size Beds, X1 Tri bunk and a porter cot available for the little ones. All bedrooms also have heating panels. All bedrooms are fitted with a tv's.

There is also a fully equipped laundry with dryer, gas BBQ and outdoor setting, enclosed back yardand with secure parking under a single carport with roller door. An outdoor shower located at the front of the property making coming home from the beach a little simplier.

Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 19th December 2025 to the 16th January 2026, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. The weeks will be as follows:

o Week 1 – Friday 19th December to Friday 26th January
o Week 2 – Friday 26th January to Friday 2nd January
o Week 3 – Friday 2nd January to Friday 9th January
o Week 4 – Friday 9th January to Friday 16th January
