Whether it's for a weekend away or your summer holiday, you can't get classier than this modern townhouse. Perfectly located in Torquay's Sands estate, close to the Sands Golf Course and Peppers restaurant and only a short walk to Whites Beach. This double storey townhouse has everything you need!

First floor hosts an open kitchen, living and dining area. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave and De Longhi Coffee machine. The lounge flows to a secluded and private courtyard, where you can entertain guests or relax in the afternoon sunshine. Powder room conveniently located downstairs.

Second floor contains two spacious bedrooms both with built in robes, master with ensuite. Your comfort, year round, is ensured with central heating and cooling. The single garage is available for use, plusa second off street parking space. Don't miss out book today!

Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 27th December 2024 to the 17th January 2025, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. The weeks will be as follows:

o Week 1 – Friday 27th December to Friday 3rd January
o Week 2 – Friday 3rd January to Friday 10th January
o Week 3 – Friday 10th January to Friday 17th January

If you are looking for a shorter stay period within these dates (min 4 nights), please email your request directly to for consideration.

Stays of shorter duration are available outside of the above summer peak period. Please do not hesitate to contact our office for information regarding your holiday.

As above I feel two days hire over the week rental period where waisted due to not being able to obtain the keys till 3.00 pm & then have to be vacated on departure by 10.00am

Property fine, managing agent incompetent
We were only advised that this property required us to BYO linen AFTER BOOKING. Who wants to bring their own sheets and towels when you're paying this much a night? Further, we had to chase the managing agent at every stage of the process, I had to contact them REPEATEDLY at every stage of the process. They never took payment, they never sent us confirmations, NOTHING. I would hate to think how many bookings are lost for this property owner due to this agent. Keys had to be picked up and dropped off at agent also (some distance from property and within business hours) which is not only inconvenient but very old school. Never heard of a lock box obviously. They clearly make all their money from selling houses because they are terrible at holiday property management. I wouldn't let them manage my rental home if they were paying me to do so! And I'm not one to complain, I'm just posting this in hope the property owner reads it so they can make a change. The property itself was fine, but I would never stay again simply to avoid dealing with the property manager. I did appreciate a large TV and netflix/apple tv though, too many places these days still don't offer this so this was good, though we barely spent any time watching tv, that's not why you visit Torquay! Property was well appointed, but showers/bath were small-ish, bed was pretty standard (queen, nothing extra comfy), kitchen was well appointed and decor was okay. No soaps, etc in bathrooms (most places have these on arrival like hotels). No issues with the place at all, but for us wasn't as nice as home and given price point, probably expected a little more, but still overall quite happy with the place, though a decent 5km's out of town, so while could walk to the beach (within 10 mins) walking into town wasn't really an option. In summary: Agent = 0 out of 5 Property = 3 out of 5 (would have been higher if linen was supplied)

A beautiful 2 bed 2 bathroom well appointed unit near to Peppers golf resort in Torquay.Plenty of natural fauna and flora and lovely walks, close to the beach and town centre.
