Located only 150m from the surf beach and the front beach, any desire will be satisfied whether it be a day surfing, playing at the beach with the family or going for a stroll around Cosy Corner to watching the wind and kite surfers off this picturesque surf coast.

You have the choice of dining in or going to one of the many cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Alternatively the Torquay hotel is only a very short stroll away or you can enjoy a BBQ or picnic at the beach.

The Torquay township with it's supermarkets, shops, banks and many other facilities is an easy 5 minute walk away together with the new Torquay Central providing specialty shops to satisfy the shopper in all of us. If that is not enough every type of surf shop including Billabong, Quicksilver and Ripcurl are within walking distance.

For the sporting, there are golf courses and tennis courts close by and Go Ride A Wave just around the corner for those keen to learn how to surf.

A delightful townhouse

This two storey town residence has been completely refurbished to the highest standard.

Upstairs- The upstairs comprises a very spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining areas with these opening onto a large deck - fantastic for outdoor living. An outdoor setting is provided together with market umbrella and a barbecue connected to mains gas. Entertainment facilities provided are a 42'' Flat Screen TV, a DVD player and a CD stereoplayer. The upstairs area is flooded with light and has a pleasant outlook.
The main bedroom is located upstairs and it has a queen size bed, built in wardrobes and an ensuite and provides access to a second balcony.

Downstairs - There are a further two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with 2 king single beds and a second living area which can also act as a fourth bedroom. Entertainment facilities provided in this living area are TV, DVD player and a Video player. There is large bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a fully equipped laundry.

The beds have electric blankets for when it gets a bit nippy.

Outside are comfortable private court yards with a convenient hot and cold outdoor shower. It also has off street parking for 2 cars (one in a secure garage).

Our quoted rate is all inclusive, there are no additional charges for booking and linen.
