About this property

BOHO ON BARBICAN

Relax with family & friends in this peaceful, secluded holiday home situated in a quiet cul de sac within the Wallaroo Marina. This ideally located property is a short distance from the beaches, boat ramp, town centre, marina & hospitality venues.

The fully furnished home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 7. Two queen beds plus 2 single beds with a trundle. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom has a large shower & a bath. Toilet & vanity are separate. All linen is provided.

The open plan dining has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats 8 and 3 lounges that seat up to 10 people. The living area has a large Smart TV with USB port plus a DVD player. The area has a large split system for heating & cooling.

The bedrooms are cooled by individual split systems and all have ceiling fans.

There is a second TV in the main bedroom.

The laundry contains washing machine, a dryer, iron & ironing board plus an upright freezer. Porta cot & high chair are also available
.
The outdoor area contains a BBQ, a table with 6 chairs as well as a sun lounge under the sheltered pergola. Have fun in the fully enclosed back yard with a lawned bocce pitch & a second undercover dining area.

Property was very clean I could not fault and provided with the toys and games a fantastic experience for the kids of various age Bedding was clean and comfortable and if required various condiments were available including in the pantry Unable to fault 👍👍

Rubbish bins were all over flowing when we arrived so hence had no access to any bins at all

All good except for above comments re bins

Hi Susan, unfortunately the guests before your arrival did not put the bins out as requested. We had arranged a special pick up for their rubbish removal on the day of their departure.
