The Resort is so popular and in such a Great Central Location it is generally SOLD-OUT, but please submit your requested dates. The 2-Bedroom unit has a Spectacular Ocean View so be prepared to be Very Impressed with this Beautiful One of a Kind Property.
Located overlooking Medano Beach, the Best Beach in Cabo San Lucas as well as the only swimmable beaches in the area. This Spacious 2-Bedroom unit offers three Private Decks all with Fantastic Views of Cabo Bay, Lands End and the Beach as far as you can see. The unit has a Fully Equipted Kitchen, a Large Dining Area, Spacious Living Area and Very Big Bedrooms. Located just a few minute walk from the Cabo Marina, the Luxury Mall and numerous Great Restaurants. You get this all from this One Of A Kind Location. The property has several great Restaurants and Bars on premises or just lounge around the two large Pools and take in the Great Weather at poolside or swim in the Ocean on the Private Beach right at the front door of the Resort.
The Property rents on Full weeks only and I just opened it up to check-in and check-out any day of the week. As only a few Owners have that ability to book weeks that start other than Fridays I have to verify dates each time but I respond quickly . I also have a 1-Bedroom unit under VRBO Property Number 696576 that I will be converting to any day check-in shortly .
The configuration of the unit will be as described above, but the physical location of the unit may vary within the Resort. It is most clearly described as a Vacation Club to which I Own a significant number of week that can be used at any time during the entire year. The photos are typical photos, and the actual 2-Bedroom is maintained by the resort to the same 5 star standards. The resort also runs as a full service hotel with 24 hour front desk. You are renting a unit that is professionally managed and maintained by the resort, and this unit does not differ in interior based on individual owners taste, preferences or whims.

Wonderful Penthouse with Amazing views
David was prompt with replies and delivered timely on all obligations. Our hotel confirmation was sent quickly and he checked in with us just enough, both prior to the trip & during our vacation, to ensure we had everything we needed. The transaction was mindless and stress-free.
The PH was amazing- exactly as pictures portray and we were lucky enough to receive PH8 (not promised as he can't control what room you receive ) with the BIGGEST balcony facing the sea in the main building.
Thank you for everything. I look forward to working with him again.

Clean spacious with spectacular location
We loved Casa Dorada for our Christmas vacation. The property was even better than the photos online and the two bedroom condo had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. The service and location were also excellent with the beach just a few steps away and so many great restaurants within walking distance. Our host Dave was great to deal with ahead of time and provided all of the important details that we needed. we’re already talking about going back next year!

Fabulous Resort!
We had an amazing week at this fabulous resort. I have stayed here twice before as a guest of a timeshare owner. I was a little bit worried this would be a different experience, renting friends m an owner who n VRBO. It was exactly the same. In fact, I feel like I was treated as an owner as well.
The room was upper level as requested and right in the middle as I’d hoped it would be. We had a 2 room suite for our family of 4 and it was perfect!
The resort Is perfectly located, right on the beach and within walking distance of the marina.
There are no negatives.
