The house is very airy, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are also comfortable, lots of light. The neighborhood is familiar and the street has almost no movement of cars, despite being next to the main. We have fruit trees, Jabuticabeira, Acerola and fig tree in the gardens, and a lawn in the back of the house that allow a very good space for children to play.
WORTHWRITING THAT: The value of, refers to the overnight stay for up to 4 people, each additional person's nightly expense, costing up to 30 people in the house.
An excellent barbeque with full size and comfortable sink and basin with comfortable sofas and chairs in the back annex of the house. A great place is also the porch that surrounds the upstairs house on the front of the house, which with their hammocks and size allows families to get together and watch the fireworks from the New Year's Eve !!!
We have a suite at the back, in the annex of the house and next to it we have the barbecue area, with a sitting area with sofas and tables sink bench etc.

It is 450 meters from the downtown beach, 750 meters from the beach of the forest, 950 meters from the turtle beach, 400 meters from Rua da feirinha, 400 meters from the central square, the Catholic Church and restaurants on the waterfront, need to even use the car, the bike, can leave it safely parked in the house and follow the walk to all these places.
