This comfortable first floor unit has tile floors, and updated appliances. This can be your perfect Palm Springs getaway!Our condo community is built on a 12.25 acre in South Central Palm Springs. The complex includes a heated pool and spa with a community cabana featuring an outdoor kitchen. There is a reserved carport space.

Worn out dirty condo, rug with broken glass, big cockroach in bath, complex was nice, great pool

Property in very poor condition. Absolutely no updates since construction., especially bathrooms!

Not very positive but livable. Bathrooms were very dated with toilets and water in shower always dripping. Patio was so dirty was barely usable. No network television and furniture was very old and uncomfortable. Having said this I do understand that it was offered at an affordable price. Beds were very good.

It was just fine.

There was some confusion on arrival with the TV system -- it's all streaming and there's a learning curve. But the location was good. The pool was excellent. The beds are very comfortable. And being on the first floor meant easy access out the patioo to the car.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful month in Palm Springs. The accommodations were perfect-very clean, roomy condo & a great location close to everything we needed. We're hoping to come back next February & stay in the same condo. Michele, our property manager was very helpful-we appreciated everything she did.
