Was perfect for our annual family vacation somewhere warm and dry. Big enough for three families with three active toddlers and one infant.Kids loved the warm pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub.

Great house. The outdoor area was great for relaxing and spacious. Host was quick to answer questions and easy to get in contact with. Was a great house to travel with an infant as it had pack n play, high chair, and a rocker seat. Would definitely come back!

We’ve stayed at this property once before. We appreciate the location as it is close to family members and easily accessible as well as short driving distance to stores, restaurants, etc. There is plenty of space inside and out. The kids as well as the adults enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and outdoor space. We used the community pool as well which was very nice and clean.

Christmas in San Tan Arizona

Home was exactly what we needed for nine adults at Christmas time. The home is clean and nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. There were adequate dishes for cooking and eating.you afraid of using anything.

A Perfect Site for Reunions

There were more comfortable spots for the 8 of us to stretch out comfortably to read, watch TV or eat around two tables ( diningroom or kitchen! The kitchen was very well set-up which made Christmas dinner a breeze. All beds were comfy. We had a wonderful family time here.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It has 5 great bedrooms. The outside area is spectacular with a great pool and hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and each bathroom has soap, shampoo and conditioner. The beds were all cosy. The pictures don't do it justice

Enjoyed the Private Relaxation!

This home felt like a home away from home. Very warm and cozy feeling. Having a private yard with the pool & hot tub made for a very relaxing week away from the stress of work life. We paid for heating of the pool and it was worth every penny! Even with the cooler evenings it was comfortable in the pool. We enjoyed the area, you can find everything you might need within miles of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

What a house!!!, it was beautiful. The house and location worked out perfectly for our family trip to AZ. The backyard was a big hit, peaceful and warm. We thought this home was amazing. The pool and hot tub were clean and the yard had so much space to spread out or sit together. Inside the home was also very clean and enough room for 12 to sit comfortably at the two dining tables. Overall it was a great choice for us. Quick responses from Brenda whenever we reached out. Amazing!

We enjoyed our stay in this home very much! Very nice residence, comfortable beds and furniture, very nicely decorated. The owners were very responsive when we had a question or problem, answering almost immediately. The pool area was very nice, and even though there was no railing to get in the pool, (seems to be a theme in AZ, I've not seen any at any pool we've been to at a private residence) the owners are thoughtful enough to have placed a small statue ornament at the pool stairs, so there was something to hold onto. Very nice stay!

We only had one little hiccup and it was corrected within 10 minutes even though we told her that it didn't need to be fixed until the following day. The property was better than described! Everything was very well laid out. Our hostess was beyond amazing and very attentive. The pool was beautiful, lots of extras there that I wasn't expecting being it was my first time doing VRBO. I can't say enough about the experience and if we go back, we definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in San Tan Valley

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation rental, especially during our holiday celebration! The home was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. Everyone in our party appreciated having their own space to retreat to, which made the experience even more relaxing. We prepared a full holiday meal in the fully stocked kitchen, which had everything we could possibly need—cooking and serving dishes, utensils, and more. It made hosting and celebrating stress-free and enjoyable. The property manager was outstanding—thorough, communicative, and always available to answer any questions. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible, and the private pool and hot tub were the perfect additions for unwinding. Best of all, we were able to enjoy our getaway thoroughly because everything was so well-prepared and easy—there was nothing to worry about! We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return.

You will not regret booking this property! The host Brenda was amazing with communicating and giving us all the information about the house and check in and out process. The pictures on the site don’t show the new backyard furniture ITS SO COZY! Everything was so clean when we arrived even the pool was spotless!! The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. I loved how we had an overload of towels for swimming and showering for my family Of 5, never had to wash any. We will be back every year to visit our family in San Tan Valley
